Dog Boarding in Lake City

Margaret was fantastic! We left our dog with her for a full week, and Margaret sent updates of our girl daily. She even included videos for my daughter (who was beside herself leaving her dog). The videos were amazing to see our pup wagging her tail, "smiling", and just enjoying her time. The meet and great gave me tremendous confidence that Margaret was the right fit. She was so prepared for any dog of any size, has amazing policies in place to keep the dogs safe, and was so kind. We will absolutely be booking with Margaret again for our next vacation!

Deanna is very friendly and Riley had a fantastic time during his stay. She has a lot of experience with dogs and has a couple of gorgeous boxers of her own who are very friendly and playful. Riley got along just fine with everyone and I must say, I think he misses them all! I will definitely book Deanna again when the occasion arises! Highly recommend.

Cooper loved his time with Alexis and her pup. Pretty sure he would've been completely happy staying forever 😅 After an awful experience using a boarding kennel, we decided to use Rover and Alexis went above and beyond to ensure he was well taken care of and that I had peace of mind. Will definitely hit her up for any boarding needs in the future ❤️

Karen and Eric were fantastic hosts to our Pepper. Communication was excellent and they were very flexible with our drop off and pick up. We got regular pictures and updates. Pepper looked perfectly happy at their lovely home.

Victoria was fantastic! She was incredibly sweet and accommodating to my Penny’s needs, as Penny has some general anxiety in new settings. Victoria was patient and kind, as well as super informative about Pennys behavior/eating habits/etc during her stay, and I knew penny was in great hands. Looks like we found our official boarder and will most definitely refer to Victoria for future boarding needs ☺️ thank you!

The house and yard are immaculate! My dog was well cared for and had ample opportunity to interact with the other dogs. I was supplied with many photographs throughout the stay. My dog genuinely seemed to be well cared for and extremely happy. I wholeheartedly recommend Beth !

First time using Rover and first time Loki stayed with someone that wasn't a family member. Was not disappointed! He received great care and Stephanie even sent me pics. Will definitely use her again!

This was our very first experience using Rover and leaving our sweet Mabel with a non family member. We knew from the initial meet and greet that not only would Mabel be taken care of , but she would be treated as part of the family. Mary goes above and beyond to make sure that her she knows as much about your pet as possible to make the stay as smooth and stress free for everyone. Mabel’s schedule was maintained throughout her stay and our daily pictures proved she was very much enjoying her surroundings and company! Knowing that we could relax while out of town was such a gift to us. We are so very thankful for the care Mabel received and will definitely continue to use Mary for any future visits

Nadine was an excellent sitter for Jazzy. She sent lots of pictures daily She treated Jazzy's teeth and nose with meds daily. She is very loving and caring about animals. Jazzy was very well cared for and she felt right at home with Nadine We will definitely use her again.

Maureen took very good care of Dunkel. D. loved it there.

Rebecca took great care of my aussies. She sent updates and pictures everyday. I didn’t worry one bit while I was gone because I knew her and her family were caring for my furbabies. Drop off and pickup was a breeze and I really appreciated the meet and greet prior to finalizing the booking. I would absolutely book Rebecca again when the time comes that I need a sitter.

Kristen did a wonderful job caring for our Benny! She was very timely with her communication and made us feel comfortable leaving our fur baby for the first time. Things went smoothly and I would not hesitate to use her services again! The pictures and messages each day were especially reassuring!

I would recommend Kara to everyone! Our dog had a great time and was well cared for. Kara sent frequent videos and pictures as well. Thank you again for boarding Huey on such short notice!

Debbie hosted our sweet lab mix “Teagan” over the holidays so we could gather with family out of state. Teagan spent five days with Debbie & family & received wonderful care & attention. Teagan is an indoor “only child” & is never alone except when we have appointments to keep, meetings or church services to attend or plans to dine out, etc. Knowing that Teagan would stay in Debbie’s home with her family & pets & have both human & canine companionship made the transition & the stay away from home much easier for her. Debbie made our initial meeting & Teagan’s delivery & pickup hassle-free, responding immediately to messages thru Rover. She texted updates & pics to us during Teagan’s stay ( even one with Teagan submissively sporting a colorful night hat). Debbie had her wearing a bright red holiday neckerchief attached to a sparkly festive collar when we picked her up. It is evident Debbie is an animal lover & treats her guests just like a member. Of her family

Jodie was our backup choice this time to the Rover sitter who wasn't available. She was very friendly, Parker seemed to be ok with her, and our 10 days away went well. She worked hard on finding something else for him to eat since he refused to eat for the first few days. (He's anxiety prone.) It all worked out quite well. Thank you, Jodie!
