They have been so flexible withe when I had to be late and I am so thankful to have a place I know my pupper gets excited about spending the there. We were in Philly for a day and needed somewhere safe for our active dog, Nathan, to get some energy out. Joseph took excellent care of Nathan - taking him to the park to chase balls. He was tired and happy when I picked him up and I got plenty of photos and videos throughout the day!
