Ally treated our kitty as her own, and he was clearly enthralled with her and her visits!! Ally was extremely communicative the whole time we were away and sent lots of updates, photos, and videos so we knew he was so loved and well cared for during our absence. We have used lots of great pet sitters and walkers from Rover for years… and can say that Ally is absolutely in the top 1%. She is the best of the best, and her passion for her work is evident. Lucy was great! Our two kittens liked her very much. She was polite and returned texts quickly when we had questions before our trip. Once we were on vacation she kept us informed of their well being, provided pictures and everything. When we returned home it was so nice to see our kitties so relaxed. It was clear that she took very good care of them.

The best of the best. I can relax easy knowing someone who genuinely cares about my cats will be there to check in on them and make sure they get the attention they need.

This was my first time ever using a service to care for my cat and the first time leaving my cat for a week. Which was a big deal for a new pet parent! Nikki was amazing. She was thorough in gathering care instructions for Lil Sweetie, prompt with her check-ins, and sent detailed visit cards with cute pics of my kitty so I could keep in touch while I was away and missing her.
