We had an excellent experience with Emily while we were away for a week. We received regular updates, photos, and messages, which reassured us that our cat was well cared for. Emily cared about our cat and paid attention to all of the details of our care instructions, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. She was thorough and very responsive. We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding care and professionalism. We would absolutely book with Emily again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable, and caring pet sitter.
