This was our first time with Emily and she was wonderful! We got the cutest photos of our cats and a detailed report of the check in. Even our shy cat came out for her from first visit we couldn’t believe it! I could tell when we came home that our kitties were happy and well taken care of, thank you so much Emily for everything that you did :)

Kayla is great! She did a super job watching my 2 cats. I highly recommend her.

Robin did a great job caring for our kitten. Great attention to detail and updates which I really appreciated! I felt Pip was in great hands the whole time!

Vu did exactly what I asked and provided thoughtful updates with photos included. He went above and beyond for my cats and left me feeling very comfortable that they received the best care while I was gone. Thank you Vu!

Fantastic communication! Cats acclimated so quickly which is a testament to how well she cares for animals. Easy going and reliable. Definitely book her!

Lila was wonderful, thoughtful and gentle with Sparky. We came home and he was happy and we felt that he was well taken care of. The daily check ins were fun and we felt comfortable and relaxed that he was with a kind and compassionate person. Thank you again for all you did.

Wonderful experience ! Denise responded within minutes to my last minute request for pet care. She came by the day after we chatted online for a meet and greet. She was going to try and make a same day meet and greet ! The meet and greet left me relieved ! I knew we found that someone who we can trust to care for our cat, Arya. Denise communicated in great detail with us at every visit which made our get away more enjoyable. We knew that Arya ate and went potty as normal etc .. Our cat is shy and hides when people visit. She doesn’t come out until they leave. It became apparent that shy Arya was comfortable with Denise. We got lots of pictures of her playing with multiple favorite toys and looking happy ! It was clear from the photos that Denise took the time to connect with Arya. Each picture made us more relaxed and sooo happy ! Last minute we decided to stay another day but we had to check with Denise and her schedule etc.. She didn’t hesitate when I asked her .. she added another day of visits so that we could stay the extra day. I later found out that it was her birthday weekend too ! One last note … Denise checked in with us to make sure that we made it home safely from our trip, no doubt certain that Arya wasn’t left without care and that we were safe. I will never use another care giver for our cat in the future and I will refer her to as many people as I can.

We had to travel out of state for a wedding, and this was our first time using the Rover app. Our sitter, Rachel, was absolutely amazing. She took excellent care of our 22-year-old cat and our two birds, following all of our instructions perfectly. Rachel was also a fantastic communicator, keeping us updated on how our pets were doing and even checking in about the house. It gave us real peace of mind knowing we could relax while we were away, confident that everything was in great hands. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be booking Rachel again in the future.

Maria was terrific! She did everything we'd talked about and sent lots of pictures every day. We were very comfortable knowing she was being so attentive to our two kitties. She even went the extra mile to ask where our vacuume was so she could clean up the tracking around the litter boxes!

Emma was great with Nemo and Aria! I’m always a little nervous leaving them, but she made it easy and stress free. She kept me posted the whole time and took excellent care of them both. I want to also call out how she was very accommodating with the short notice.

Two weeks away from our baby was tough but Alison took amazing care of her and kept her company. Will definitely use her again if she is available!

Dear Makayla, thank you so much for taking wonderful care of Christy while we were away. I appreciate your dedication and compassion. I wish you and your family a wonderful new year.

Brady is awesome, and a phenomenal sitter. He goes above and beyond with communication and we feel comfortable knowing our cats are well taken care of.
