Emily did a great job checking in on my two cats while I was away. She made them feel at ease right away and had zero problems providing care. I would absolutely recommend her and use her again in the future.

Valentina, as always, did great with multiple drop-ins while I was away. She really makes you feel comfortable knowing your pet is in good hands. Love the constant updates and photos of my cat Pancake who enjoys her company immensely. Would book again, absolutely!

Amal was excellent! My cats took took to her almost instantly and she was both timely and attentive with them. She followed all care instructions and sent pics each visit and it made our vacation much better knowing our babies were in good hands. My husband and I will definitely be return clients!

John D was fantastic: reliable, quickly responsive, and great with my cats. He went out of his way to make sure my giant, stubborn cat got his medication--a formidable challenge. Amanda was great, providing last minute care with 4 days of daily drop-in visits for my 5mo kitten! Really appreciated the daily photos and updates, and my kitty was happy and well adjusted when I came home. It’s clear he got plenty of playtime and affection. This was my first service with Reno, and, as with his other reviews, must simply be referred to as superb. My kitty went right up to him at the pre-care visit, and did so well with eating, litterbox, and play under Reno’s care that I could not be more grateful. I definitely will use Reno again!

Ayo was amazing! I needed a sitter on short notice and he was available and flexible. He was very communicative and kept me updated everyday with pictures and videos of my cat. Casey was so incredibly kind and diligent with my two senior cats. They looked relaxed and happy at each check-in (which were always complete with cute pictures!)
