Catherine was not only quickly responsive (on late last minute notice btw!) but she was so welcoming when first arriving! Dawkins took to her immediately! Casie is incredibly friendly and clearly loves what she does. She took excellent care of Cookie, making sure she was happy, comfortable, and well looked after the entire time. Jay was great with my 7 year old Shiba Inu! I was a little afraid to find a sitter for her especially due to her breed, but Jay did a great job and she came home happy every day. Great communication and very kind. Thanks Jay! :)
