Dog Boarding in Mahanoy City

Starr took excellent care of our Kai while we were out of the country! Leaving him for the first time with strangers and his separation anxiety had me very worried, but she handled it all wonderfully. She provided us with regular updates, including photos, and our Kai took to her almost instantly. 😊 We will definitively be using her for any future travel plans as Kai adores her and she has proven herself to be a trustworthy caretaker for our Kai. 😊 Would highly recommend her if your pup is like ours and has separation anxiety issues.

We are repeat clients and will keep coming back to Debbie and Phil to watch our dog! They are responsible and caring. We know our dog is well cared for and has a wonderful time running around and playing with their dogs. I cannot imagine leaving her with anyone else now.

Christy was so kind and accommodating. She sent pictures throughout the day and communicated super quickly. Christy has a beautiful home and large back yard - perfect for your dog who loves to run and play! I would definitely recommend Christy.

This is a lady and beautiful family with huge hearts. Our deaf pup just turned 17yrs. and he comes home from Meagan’s with more spring in his step every time. In fact this loyal dog who sleeps in our bed where he was born seems not to be in a rush to come home. We are greatful for our Vet recommending Rover. We are grateful for Rover matching us with such a wonderful family. And we are grateful to Megan for her sweetness, expertise, knowledge and skills. We had a last minute emergency request and Amber was great to offer to watch him on such short notice. Her response time was immediate which really helped us to get our dog reserved. Our Bentley enjoy the fenced in back yard and had some playmates there to keep him busy. Amber was very attentive and made sure Bentley was comfortable. Lots of updates and pictures which we really appreciated. We really appreciated having Amber take care of Bentley.

This was our second time using Tristan and we couldn’t be happier with the care our fur baby received. We will always choose Tristan when he is available!

Laura and her family were wonderful with our Abby. After our initial meeting I felt very comfortable leaving our girl for a few days. It was her first visit and she was as happy as anything when we returned! She even ran back in their house to say goodbye to Laura when we were leaving. I appreciated the updates, constant communication and patience Laura had with me as it was my first time using the Rover app. It was evident by the photos Laura shared that Abby was very comfortable and happy there. I would absolutely recommend Laura and use her in the future!

Erin was great - I contacted her in a pinch after my usual dog sitter cancelled, and she was so flexible and willing to board my dog on short notice. She was very friendly and accommodating. She sent daily pictures, which reassured me that my dog was under good care and having fun!

Jen was wonderful! Our pup had the best time enjoying her property during his 7 day stay. We would love to book with her again! Easy communication! Sweet lady!

Cannot recommend Celeste and Ryan enough! Communication was wonderful during my pups stay! They worked tirelessly to make sure my pups were exercised, eating right, and entertained all week while I was away! Celeste‘s attention to detail is unmatched when it comes to pet care! I drove from an hour away and would do so again because of the quality of care and reassurance to me provided!

Alexandra did a great job taking care of our dog overnight, especially since he's a bit of a nervous Nellie and not used to being around other dogs (he apparently did very well with her laid-back boy, though!). She is down to earth, responsible and friendly, and we felt comfortable leaving him with her for this first time. We'll definitely be repeat customers!

I recently hired avary to watch my dog, Bentley, for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the very beginning, she was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and sweet toward Bentley. She kept me updated with messages and photos, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. When I picked Bentley up, he was happy, relaxed, and clearly enjoyed his time with her. It was obvious he felt safe and comfortable in her care. She was patient, attentive, and just amazing with him. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving dog sitter!
