Ashleigh was amazing. Very friendly and great with my highly concerned daughter. She sent descriptive messages and pictures each day and was great with playing with the cats, cuddles, and even managed to get my older, cranky cat his meds. She even brought in two packages we forgot were on the way! Highly recommended!

Omari was so incredibly professional and engaged when we had her cone meet us and the cats for the first time. She was so engaged, asked great questions, and was such a pleasure. Turns out she was just as great with the cats. We have 3. ALL very different with special food and one with a dialy pill. She did it! The cats clearly loved her! Omari sent great, detailed daily check-in information and photos, and we traveled through Europe for almost 2 weeks with zero worries! She also took in the mail for us! I trust her compassion, professionalism, trutworthiness, and attention to deatil! Thank you, Omari! We wil ask you again! 😀

Jen was flexible and had great communication. We booked her at the last minute before a trip when our other plans fell through and were able to send directions through messages. Jen sent comments and photos to let us know how our cats were doing and stayed for a while to pet and play with them. This was our first time using Rover, and Jen’s communication made us feel very comfortable. We would definitely book again!
