Dog Boarding in Mifflintown

Josie provided excellent service from the moment of first contact. A family member typically watches my pups while away but was with us on this past trip. I knew putting them in a kennel was not an option for me and I was very nervous about leaving them with a stranger. Josie was very reassuring from her first messages, to our meet-n-greet and dropping them off for boarding in her home. My pups seemed very comfortable during our meet-n-greet, playing with her dog and children. Drop off went well but I still had some nervousness. Josie provided pictures, videos and updates everyday which helped calm my nerves. I could see that my pups were getting the same love and attention they would get if I were home with them. I was able to relax on vacation knowing they were well taken care of. When I went to pick them up they almost seemed to be sad about going home. I would 100% recommend Josie and her family for your pet needs. I absolutely look forward to working with her again in the future for pet boarding needs.

Elizabeth was great! She really worked with our playful but also shy dog during her stay. In the end, our dog was playing and running around with the other dogs. Would definitely hire again.

Kevin was absolutely great with my puppers. He sent lots of pics which my husband and I greatly appreciated as we missed our two boys. I’d definitely use Kevin again on our next trip

Ryan and Michelle are absolutely wonderful! They have taken such good care of our labradoodle, Milo, every time he has stayed with them. He becomes part of their family. We feel very comfortable with them as substitute parents

Sapphire loved spending time with Pam and Michael. They are wonderful care takers and I would book with them again. I would highly recommend them to others!

Dogs were very happy there and well taken care of. They are fans of a yard so enjoyed running around. The socialization with Mandeep's dog was good for them too. Mandeep provided daily updates.

Jessica and her family did great with my pup, Chloe! We just did a one-night over night in anticipation of an upcoming 8-night stay. Jessica is friendly, affordable, and understanding when I was 30 minutes later than anticipated in picking up Chloe. Chloe was relaxed when I picked her up and looked good in all the pictures. I was especially happy to hear that Jessica's son made her a special seat to look out the window. :) Needless to say we have confirmed for the longer upcoming stay and hopefully for other stays in the future!

Really came through in a pinch. Watched Scarlett for the initial period and then an emergency came up and they were able to watch her again. Scarlett was very happy to leave with them again. Would definitley recommend

My dog loved it. I’m glad he came home with us when we got back. He loved the yard and their other dogs so much. Jodi and Bruce are definitely “dog people”. They took great care of our little Fleetwood.

Tina is so amazing that we almost get jealous of her with Boris, he looks so happy in all the pictures, and whenever we get to Tina’s place he starts wagging his tail and trying to go inside!

Victoria was amazing with our dog! Our dog is a rescue and has lots of anxiety when we leave her. But not this time! Victoria is such a sweet person! Our dog, Daphne, can’t wait to go back!?

Sophie loved staying with Michaela! Sophie was excitedly pulling us to go into Michaela's house when we were dropping her off - and that was after only meeting Michaela for a meet and greet. Sophie was ready- and felt welcomed, for sure. During the time Sophie was there, Michaela sent us texts and pics to let us know Sophie was doing great. We truly appreciate the genuine care Michaela provides! Sophie will be back again, for sure! Many many thanks!

Our Ellie loves staying with Katie and her family! We have had her stay with them twice now. Ellie loves the fenced in back yard where she can run and chase things. And she loves to hug Katie's husband. We highly recommend this family.

Officially, Ralphie and Jolene like Angela and Ken more than us and we're okay with that! Really amazing. Top notch. Love this family. Very lucky to have found them.

I love leaving my pup with Missy and Justin. She can be very bark-ey but they treat her with love and kindness. She has so much fun running around with the other dog or dogs. She is safe, happy and well cared for. I will take my pup here as long as they let us!
