Dog Boarding in Mount Pocono

I was nervous to leave my dog for the first time with a stranger but from start to finish Halona was wonderful. My pup also had hto use diapers last minute and we kept in contact the entire stay. I was informed with pictures constantly and I was reassured that my pup was doing well and having fun with her pets. I will definitely use again I had a great experience overall.

Monica and her lovely family took great care of my puppy Roxie over the weekend. Monica kept me posted on Roxie's day activities with pictures and video. I felt super comfortable that she's in the right hands and being well taken care of while I was out of town. I will definitely choose Monica to watch my fur baby again!!

The sitters were communicative and sent so many pictures and videos! Our pup seemed to have a great time- lots of walks, time outside, and attention! Thank you for taking such great care of our boy!

Fletcher stayed with Jahada for two weeks and I couldn’t be happier with how it went. She took such great care of him and kept me updated, which really helped me relax while I was not able to take care of him myself. He got tons of time to play with the other dogs and you could tell he loved it — he came home happy, tired, and confident. It honestly felt more like he was on his own little vacation than just being boarded. I’m really grateful we found Jahada, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again.

Virlyn was awesome, she gave our littles much love and attention. She sent us videos every day we will definitely use her next time we are in need of a sitter.

Amber m. was absolutely amazing with my dogs from day one. From the moment I dropped them off, I knew they were in great hands. Throughout their stay, I received plenty of photos and videos, which gave me complete peace of mind and showed just how well they were being cared for. The biggest sign for me was how quickly my dogs took to him. Within minutes, they were giving him kisses and acting like they had known him forever. As a dog owner, that’s something you notice right away. When I picked them up, they were happy, relaxed, well-rested, and honestly looked like they had a great vacation of their own. It’s obvious that he genuinely cares about the dogs he watches and treats them like family. If you’re on the fence about booking with him, don’t be. Your dogs will be loved, cared for, and spoiled with attentiony while you’re away. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you again, brother. We’ll definitely be back. Shantell consistently communicated and treated my dog like her own! We forgot to give her a leash and she was able to be flexible with walking our dog in her backyard without one.

Maria was amazing! We just got a puppy for our daughter's Christmas present and were desperately seeking a place for our pup Jeter to stay until the big day. Maria was available, she was kind and she sent pics during our pups stay. Jeter came from an amish farm and smelled of dust dirt and hay, Maria washed our pup up so that when I picked her up she smelled clean and fresh. It's a lot to take on dog sitting over the holidays, but Maria did it! Thanks so much Maria!! Anyone skiing, visiting the Poconos or just needing a dog sitter for a couple hours to a couple days, go to Maria she will take good care of your pet.

Leila took very good care of my Pup Chikaye. As soon as they got together she took him for a short walk so they could know each before I left. We talked about Chikaye habits and needs. I brought his daily needs including his bed. And through out day Leila sent text and pictures so we were kept informed and up to date. When Chikaye was returned he acted a bit sad. But attributed that to separation anxiety. He was back to normal after a day. It was Chikaye first time from home since he was 8 weeks old so I expect he is now familiar with Leila's household and pet and will feel less anxious next time. Leila is grade A.

Alexandra took care of Harvey while we were on vacation and send lots of pictures everyday! I could tell that Harvey was happy. Thank you so much for helping us, will definitely book again!

Jessica was so amazing with Kaia! Before her stay, we did a meet and greet so Kaia could get acquainted with Jessica and her dogs. Kaia is timid at first with new people and new dogs, so I really appreciated being able to do that beforehand. She ended up warming up to Jessica and her dogs really quickly. When I dropped Kaia off for her overnight stay, Jessica treated her like she was her own dog. She followed Kaia's typical daily schedule, took her on walks, let her play with her dogs, and took such great care of her the entire time. This was Kaia's first night away from home, so it was really important to me that she was comfortable, and she absolutely was! Jessica sent photos and updates in the morning and evening, which gave me so much peace of mind. It was nice seeing Kaia doing so well, playing with Jessica's dogs, and looking so happy. When I picked Kaia up, I could tell she had a great time. Jessica really cares for the dogs she watches and treats them as if they were her own. I'll definitely be using Jessica again the next time I need someone to care for Kaia, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for someone who will love and care for their dog as if they were their own.

We are grateful to Jack and Joanne for providing a happy home away from home for our dog, Cooper. They kept us updated with videos and text messages and it was comforting to know that Cooper was in loving and capable hands.

Gwen and her home is great! I had something come up last minute, that required me leaving my daughter's beloved "Peanut Butter Cup" with Gwen. He was well taken care of, stimulated etc. The little guy looked as happy as could be in all of the pictures Gwen sent. I'll definitely be rebooking with her in the future.

We are repeat customers, but at this point they treat our dogs like family. We feel our dogs are very safe, well taken care of and loved at their house.

Laurie was exceptionally wonderful with my dog. She was keen on details about my dog's routine and has a lovely backyard for play. I had to book her at the last minute and I'm SO grateful she was available! I highly recommend her and I look forward to using her in the future.

Another amazing weekend for our Maisy with Jennifer!! We were away for 3 days and she was taken care of incredibly well again. We have no worries leaving Maisy with Jennifer knowing she is so well taken care of. She goes for walks, plays and is part of their family. We receive updates, pictures and videos and can be in contact whenever needed. We give Jennifer our highest recommendation with no reservations and will be using her again!!
