Cat Sitting in New Castle

Rhianna was beyond amazing at taking care of my cat Lucille and my home while I was away. She sent detailed updates daily and plenty of photos showing what all they got up to each day, and constantly went above my expectations. The care she showed for my pet was clear, and I couldn't appreciate her more!

My old man cat hid but Sarah made sure to get pictures of him even when he was hiding under the bed. She made fast friends with my kitten and they had a blast <3 Everything was as I left it and my boys were well cared for.

Leaving our new kitten for the first time was made so much less difficult for us and less traumatic for Max. When she visited she played with him and showed him much love. She was also great about Skyping visits with us so that we could talk to him and see that he was thriving. She was very conscientious and kept his litter and area around it clean. We would definitely recommend Serenity and book with her again.

Holly makes taking a long weekend or vacation so stress-free knowing she is taking care of our beloved pets! Not only is she prompt, communicative, and very obviously caring, she also does a wonderful job of writing up a nice summary after each visit & sends the sweetest photos. We can’t thank Holly enough for all that she does for our kitties and will continue to use her services as needed!

Bridgette was awesome! She took excellent care of our cat. She played with him left us tons of pics and let us know how he was each day she stopped in for him. Bridgette was super helpful with remembering things we could us help with that we forgot! Like taking the trash down on trash night and grabbing our mail for us. Ronnie is the absolute best! Our three cats felt extremely comfortable from the first meet and greet with Ronnie and so did we. We were able to completely relax on our trip. 10/10, no notes, would recommend!!!
