House Sitting in Newberrytown

Jaden was absolutely terrific. The dogs loved him. He took great care of our home and dogs and kept us posted on the winter vortex that was here while we were gone. I would give him 12 out of 10 stars.

Our boy Flynn loved Evan. Evan was wonderful with him, even his quirks. Being Flynn is an older dog, he requires a bit of attention. Evan gave that to him. He was in constant contact with us, sending updates and pictures. Looking at the pictures, Flynn was very happy and content. Flynn has been searching around the house looking for Evan every day! We will definitely look to use Evan in the future.

Kayla was absolutely wonderful! My parents were very nervous about leaving their very spoiled and couch loving 116 lb mountain cur and 20 lb chihuahua mix pups behind for a 4 day family trip. Kennels just seemed too loud and "sterile" for our sensitive pups, especially the big boy :-) so we tried Rover. And boy did it make our trip worry free!! Kayla was so wonderful! She kept us up to date, sent pics and videos, texts, it was so comforting. It was my parents first experience using a service like this, and it put them at ease, they could enjoy the trip, thanks to Kayla. She was fantastic! We will surely use her again. At our initial meet and greet, we knew she was the one, the pups loved her immediately! So much better than sending them to a kennel, the piece of mind made our trip so much more enjoyable! I highly recommend using Kayla, she was terrific (btw, she even threw her sheets and towels into the laundry on the last day!! Over and above! That was very nice to come home to!)

When we go away, we want the absolute best care for our fur babies! This is what we get and more each and every time we have the opportunity to book Lauren! She goes above and beyond and we know our kids are happy and well taken care of! We book Lauren any chance we can when planning our vacations!

This was my first time with Becky. We had a family wedding to attend and Becky stayed overnight with my 3 dogs and also my son’s dog. I have never used Rover or had any other dog sitter for that matter. I’ve always had a family member but everyone was at the wedding! I think I read everyone’s bio on Rover, and hands down, Becky stood out from all the ones I read. She came and met my dogs once before the overnight and I knew I made the right choice. Her love for animals shines through. She is very personable, trustworthy and dependable. She sent lots of pictures which was very reassuring. My dogs loved her even my sweet anxious girl. When you’re reading the bios and you get to Becky, just know she’s the one!

I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my beloved pug to the care of Sydney while my wife and I attended an event. From the moment I met Sydney, it was clear she was trustworthy and a genuine animal lover. Sydney provided me with updates and photos of my dog which I truly appreciated. I whole heartedly recommend Sydney to anyone in need of a reliable and caring pet sitter!

Ronny went above and beyond; he communicated daily, providing lots of details on the boys' well-being as well as plenty of videos and photos that made it easier to be away from them. I was able to truly be away and enjoy my vacation, knowing that our pups were having their own fun vacation as well. Ronny genuinely cares about the animals he cares for, and that is evident in everything he does. We will be booking with Ronny again for our next vacation, and I know our boys will be thrilled to see him again.

Jessica was amazing! I can’t thank her enough for all she did for our furbaby. Kato has bad separation anxiety and Jessica helped him through it all weekend by keeping him busy. I appreciated all of the updates and pictures from her. Will definitely book again with her.

Andy took the best care of our Chiweenie Bruce while we were away. Our regular sitter was unavailable for part of our planned trip, and rather than have Bruce go to a strange new place, we opted for a sitter in our home. Andy responded promptly to my inquiry and she set up a meet and greet right away. After meeting Andy in person and receiving her orientation/get to know your pet questions, we knew 100% that our little guy would be in good hands. Andy is a great communicator and she sent lots of photos of Bruce literally living his best life while we were away; the care and coordination offered exceeded any expectations we had. Kyla took great care of our pets while we were away. She is very dependable I’m so happy we found her on Rover.com. I will be using Kyla the next time we travel.

Debi stayed with our dog, Piper, for two weeks while we traveled, and we couldn’t have been happier with the experience. She did a wonderful job caring for Piper and stayed in touch throughout our trip with updates and lots of pictures, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. We returned to a happy and relaxed dog and a neat and well cared for home. Debi washed the sheets and left everything looking great, which was such a thoughtful touch! What I appreciated most was knowing both our home and our dog were being well cared for by someone dependable and conscientious. We felt comfortable enough with Debi that we’ve already booked her again for another stay. If you’re looking for someone who will care for your pets and your home responsibly while you’re away, I would not hesitate to recommend Debi.

Brittany was great with my French Bulldog! This was my first Rover experience and I'm so happy I tried it. I got pictures and videos and communication through her whole stay. I hope to use Brittany again! Thank you :)

Ashley did a great job. The dogs were happy when we got home. The house was in good.order and just.like we left.it. it is always comforting to know that your babies are well cared for while you.are.gone.

She was great! We have a diabetic cat, another cat and two dogs who have a varies feeding times and needs. We came home to everyone cared for, happy and safe. She even cleaned up the dishes and left a nice little note. I really appreciate the questions she asked, the photos she sent and the updates. Thank you so much!
