Super communicative and very sweet to talk with!! Updated daily with pictures and made effort to engage with both of my cats! My cats seemed comfortable with her and I will definitely utilize her again.

Rachel was wonderful with my little buddy, Shiloh!! I felt so comfortable knowing she was going to be there checking in on him and he really loved her. Rachel gave detailed messages of her check in and lots of photos. So glad he’s made a new friend in Rachel and I have an amazing care taker to care for my pet when I can’t be there with him. Thanks so much Rachel!!

Paz was very responsible and timely. She showed kindness to the cats, cleaned up after them, made sure they had food and water. One of my cats needs a medicated eye-drop regularly and Paz was confident in her ability to administer the eye-drop. I would hire her again.

Took excellent care of our 2 cats while we were away! We got tons of detailed updates and photos that gave us a clear picture of what was going on at home! It really left our minds at ease that someone was there to check on them twice a day! Thank you for everything and can’t wait until the next time!

Barbara is wonderful. She came on short notice and was able to help when I needed to attend to a personal matter out of town. She’s great with my cat, Mimzy. Attentive, sends many photos and gives good updates.

Autumn was very responsive and reliable. She took care of our cat while we were away for the holidays. We were sent pictures after every visit and our cat seemed to really warm up to her. She responded to requests promptly and helped us check our faucet to make sure the pipes hadn't burst. Overall she was great to work with!

Caroline went above and beyond for us when our vacation turned tragic with the sudden illness and passing of my grandmother-in-law that required multiple changes of plans to accommodate the changing situation. She was extremely flexible when our vet informed us that she recommends daily visits rather than every two days after a behavioural checkup right before our trip. Then, there was Grandma’s situation, where Caroline quickly accommodated adding one more day, and then, as the situation progressed, went to great lengths to ensure we were covered no matter what for an additional 3 days. Not only that, but she gave Lucy plenty of love and ensured she was well taken-care-of. To top it all off, she also took the cutest photos and brought in our packages. House was super clean when we got back. We’ll definitely be using her again

Meghan checked in on my kitten and I am a first timer here. From start to finish, she was a pro. She sent me photos of my kitten corresponded with me and showed her love. Definitely using this again and highly recommend Meghan!

Haley was more than amazing when it came to all our needs. It was very easy to keep in contact with her while we were traveling to Europe. She went above and beyond when we saw on our camera of a stranger trying to go through our mailbox and potentially break in. She called the local police and they were there checking the house immediately. I trust Haley with my fur babies 100% and will be rebooking with her in the future. She is so sweet and we got to meet her before going away. Not only did she feed my cats, but she sat there and gave them special attention, which means a lot to any pet owner. Haley this job was made for you. I can’t thank you enough for all that you’ve done!!!!!! I HIGHLY recommend booking with her :)

Juliana was great to work with. She was very responsive, jumped in on short notice, and was really sweet with our cat. Will be a very easy decision to reach out to her again!

Destinee did a great job! My kittens loved having a visitor while I was gone. She fed them, emptied the litter box and even vacuumed the litter up off the floor. Will def use her next time I am out of town!
