Dog Boarding in Oakmont

Sharon was recommended to us by another Rover sitter we’ve worked with several times and was unavailable for this trip. Because our beloved pups are older and have some health complications, it was important to us to have them stay with someone recommended by someone we trust. Sharon has lots of experience with senior dogs and administering meds. She has a large beautiful fenced in backyard. Plus her two cuties to play with. We are extremely grateful for her flexibility when our travel home was delayed!

Coralee took great care of our Maggie. This was our first time using Rover and Coralee. She sent us cute pictures and hello messages while we were gone that were much appreciated. We are already booked with her again in October!

Again so very pleased my doggies had Natasha to keep them safe and happy while I was away for the weekend. Love the quick communication and photos so I know my dogs are behaving and having fun! Will absolutely book with Natasha again! :)

Jessica P. is so kind and loving to the animals. My little dachshund cried all night and she toughed it out with him until he passed out from exhaustion. Roscoe followed Jessica everywhere she went. My dog is 15 yrs old and doesn't hear well so Jessica would nudge him when she was leaving the room and Roscoe would follow her. He settled right in after the first night and all was well. If the need arises I will book with Jessica again.

I really can't say enough great things about Ali! We recently had the huge ask of having her watch our little dog for 12 days while we were out of the country. After our initial meet-and-greet (pre-booking), we thought like she'd be a great fit and we ultimately felt really at ease during our travels, knowing that our dog was being loved and snuggled while we were away. We also loved the photos and updates she sent! We'll definitely seek out Ali when we're needing to book care again in the future. Thanks for giving Felix such great care, Ali! xo

Krista was absolutely amazing. I booked her last minute and she did such a good job taking care of my kiddos. I’m really particular about dog sitters and I’d send both of my dogs back without hesitation. Lots of updates and photos and you can just tell she’s a dog person. Totally recommend!

Ashley is always our first choice sitter for our dog. She is wonderful with her and it gives us so much peace of mind knowing our girl is well taken care of!

I’m serious, LOOK NO FURTHER! Mary and her family are the absolute best. I found myself in a bit of a pickle during Thanksgiving whenever I found out I wasn’t able to bring my dog over to a family member’s house. The day before the holiday, I contacted Mary and was all good to go, even on such late notice. Anyone with a fur baby knows leaving them with “strangers” regardless of apps like this is frightening. Mary instantly put me at ease, kept me updated, sent me pictures, but most importantly treated my pup like he was family! He even got his own Turkey leg for the holiday haha (and yes she made sure he was allowed haha). I cannot say enough good things about Mary and her fam. She’s watched Nash twice now and I have already booked him to stay with her for our family vacation at the beginning of July. There isn’t anyone else I would trust with Nash! Every time Nash goes to Mary’s, it’s like his very own vacation. There’s no one I would trust with your pets more than Mary. We love her!

Maria and Toni sent daily updates and photos. They were always responding fast and were easy to work with. I could tell our dog Heidi had a lot of fun. Maria and Toni definitely made me feel very comfortable leaving my young puppy with them and I would highly recommend them to friends!

Great sitter! Constantly kept us updated and sent so many pictures of our dog moose. He had a great time with their family. Will definitely be using her in the future . She even sent home a stuffed animal with him that he loved at her house . So sweet! ❤️ Thank you Maureen !

My 2 pups are well taken care of just like they are family! They are surrounded by other small dogs with big sweet personalities while visiting Carol. Carol is on top of communication, kind, fun, and you can tell her heart is in the right place caring for pups. I appreciate having a safe and fun place for our fur kids to be spoiled! Carol is awesome! Will definitely rebook!!

Justin was wonderful! And it was so great to meet his pup, Kendall! Gertie made a great new friend!

Regina was great! Layla and Kenra seemed to enjoy their time in the many daily pictures Regina sent to me. She communicated with me everyday with texts here and there to let me know how my dogs were handling the transition and the stay. This was their first stay cation out of our home. Regina went out of her way to go out and get different food for my dogs as they were having trouble eating the food we provided. We have an older dog and Regina made sure she was taken extra care of and it really made me comfortable throughout my vacation that I did not need to worry. I would recommend Regina to sit your dogs in her home, she will take great care of them like they were own.

Breanna was so great at informing me about everything her and ashes were doing! She understood even though I was very busy on my trip that I appreciated photos just to keep up with everything, ashes is a big girl and she handled her so well! It’s also very nice because ashes can be reactive sometimes and she specifically only host one dog at a time so it was very comforting for me 🙂
