This was our first time booking a cat service through Rover and we couldn’t be happier! He even went above and beyond in sending us videos of both of our loves and even brought in packages we forgot to hold on while we were out. This was my first time hiring a dog sitter and first time using Rover. I was very pleased with the whole process. Don was great with my dog, Riley! We set up a meet before hand and that made me feel comfortable with leaving Riley in Don's care. Riley immediately liked Don upon meeting him and I can tell Don really loves dogs. Getting a message and pictures from Don assured me that Riley was taken care of while we were away and that all was good.
