This was our first time using Rover for cat sitting services. We managed to get in contact with Suzanne who was extremely helpful with navigating the app and was extremely flexible with meeting our needs. Suzanne was great with our two cats and gave us updates and photos with every visit. I would highly recommend Suzanne for your cat or dog services!

This was our first time booking a cat service through Rover and we couldn’t be happier! Jason truly has a gift with animals and won over both of our girls while we were away and gave us daily updates throughout the week. He even went above and beyond in sending us videos of both of our loves and even brought in packages we forgot to hold on while we were out. Kaitlyn is the best! We were able to schedule a meet and greet and drop-in visit last minute and she was extremely accommodating. Kaitlyn is very experienced and was able to handle our reactive/high energy German shepherd with ease.

Morgan did a great job with our blind and deaf senior pup! She arrived on time and took care to provide details of the visit along with some great photos. It was helpful to read how it went and know that he was in good hands!
