Pet Sitting in Penfield

Jenn was amazing with our pets and gave great updates! Will definitely be booking again!

Julia was professional, courteous, and kind and took great care of Aston.

Tim was super! My dog is very skittish and he was able to work with her and everything went smoothly! I was super stressed but everything turned out great! Highly recommend!

We’ve used Helena’s dog care services a couple times now and wouldn’t know what to do if she couldn’t watch our Jiji (dog/Dalmatian)! Exceptional exceptional exceptional EXCEPTIONAL care and service, such a delightful lady who truly does care for the dogs she sits. I adore each and every photo she sends me !! Each little note of how Jiji is feeling/being/etc. Exceptional care & service!

Ali took great care of my cat while I was away for two weeks. She always sent pics and was able to problem solve when my cat knocked over her feeder. I was very nervous leaving my cat for the first time but felt at ease with Ali caring for her.

Absolutely wonderful! So friendly and accommodating. My cat is very cuddly but also has separation anxiety and Kathy kept him so at ease while I was out of town. Almond loved her!

Sara is God-send. She genuinely love cats/pets and was indeed a temporary cat mom to my cat, Rusty! She was wonderful and follows all the instructions given for feeding Rusty and even went above and beyond to do other things. I believe Rusty already misses her as around the time we got home, which was around the time Sara checks in in the morning, Rusty was already waiting by the door. I was able to have my vacation free of worries and with peace of mind. Thank you, Sara.

Alyssa was so great with our four cats! She came over for a visit beforehand to meet them, and so I could show her around. She was very communicative and sent us photos and updates while we were away. We absolutely would ask Alyssa to take care of our fur babies again!

Ashley did a wonderful job with my cat Banjo while we were away for a week. They quickly formed a bond and she was great about communicating how Banjo was doing and what she was getting up to in the house. Ashley quickly sussed out when Banjo was in need of playtime or just a little attention and TLC. When we got back home, our cat was chill and not stressed out despite being alone for the majority of the week, apart from morning and evening drop-ins. That's a win!

Madison is great! She takes such great care of our dog! Super responsive and responsible!

Mike took such great care of my cats! He’s a great communicator and genuinely cares about the animals he works with. We will definitely be using him again!

Christel’s fantastic! I’m always anxious about leaving my sweet, shy cat at home, and Christel took such great care of her - and sent some incredible pictures every day. :) Thank you so much, Christel!

Helena was absolutely amazing with my babies would definitely recommend her<3

Rachel was very communicative while some sketchy weather hit the area. She was very flexible to make sure my sweet Dolly was well taken care of during the week. My girl always seems so happy after Rachel visits so can’t recommend her enough!
