Cheyenne did great with my cat! She took care of him while was away from my vacation. At first, I was so worried leaving him because he sustained a skin condition ( a ringworm like symptoms) & it’s not getting any better. But Cheyenne did not hesitate and willing to do the extra work. She updates me daily about my cat & took some pictures so that I can see his progress. She really gives me peace of mind! When I came home a week after, my cat’s wound is looking much better. Thanks Cheyenne for everything! You went above and beyond!

This was our first time booking a cat service through Rover and we couldn’t be happier! Jason truly has a gift with animals and won over both of our girls while we were away and gave us daily updates throughout the week. He even went above and beyond in sending us videos of both of our loves and even brought in packages we forgot to hold on while we were out. Alexa was a great choice to drop in on our cat while we were out of town. She was professional, happy to fulfill all of our requests, and was very careful to keep things in order. We look forward to using her again in the future!
