Finding a polite, dependable, and punctual dog walker or sitter is challenging, to say the least. Even in our gig economy, the talent in the marketplace leaves much to be desired. Without outright saying she is excellent, which she is. It's more important to illustrate. So, I asked if she would meet my new puppy before I hired her to walk him. She was more than happy to do so and preferred it that way for her reasons. Unfortunately, the night she was supposed to come over, it was a snowy, icey mess. I figured she would reschedule due to the weather. NOPE, she showed up at the time she said she would! I thought, before I even met her, that she was hired. And she was exactly as polite and professional in person as she was over the app. Great find, and I would highly recommend Kristie for your pet needs!!

Would absolutely use Michelle again in the future, very communicative and followed instructions well!

Sydney was responsible, professional and an excellent care giver for our two cats. The house was left in excellent order. Enjoyed the photos of Sydney and the cats interacting. We look forward to requesting Sydney come back on our next trip.

Liz is absolutely phenomenal. I usually have anxiety about leaving my cats to take any trips, but Liz absolutely put my mind at ease the whole weekend we were away. The wonderful photos and communication were so appreciated and made me feel better about being away from my fur kids. I can tell they loved her because I came home and everyone is calm and happy and I think they really enjoyed their own little vacation! This was our first time booking a cat service through Rover and we couldn’t be happier! Jason truly has a gift with animals and won over both of our girls while we were away and gave us daily updates throughout the week. He even went above and beyond in sending us videos of both of our loves and even brought in packages we forgot to hold on while we were out.
