This was our second time booking with Lizzie and she was amazing as always, very thoughtful with great attention to detail. She always does a check to be sure our cat didn’t get into anything or there’s nothing dangerous laying out. She also genuinely plays with him and he loves it! This was my first service with Reno, and, as with his other reviews, must simply be referred to as superb. My kitty went right up to him at the pre-care visit, and did so well with eating, litterbox, and play under Reno’s care that I could not be more grateful. I definitely will use Reno again!

Charlotte was awesome! Met to hand off keys and introduce the apartment and cats, she asked questions to make sure she was clear on everything. She was very communicative during the booking and I felt at ease knowing my cats were in good hands. She sent me some great photos of them, even getting my scared shy kitty out from under the sofa during her visits! (This cat typically stays hidden when new people come over!) We are so thankful to Taylor for her excellent drop-in visits while we were traveling. She took great care of our cat Bailey, sending us detailed updates and pictures after every visit. Taylor made sure Bailey had plenty of food, water, and a clean environment, even taking the time to play with her. One day, Bailey wasn’t feeling well and had thrown up, but Taylor cleaned it up and made sure she was doing okay. We’re very grateful for her attentiveness and care.
