Freya was great, before and during the visit! She was very approachable and great at communication. We felt very comfortable leaving Heidi in her care. She made sure to keep us updated throughout and included loads of pictures. Thank you, Freya!

This was my first time ever hiring someone on Rover to feed and take care of my cat while we were away on vacation. Victoria followed instructions to the T. She was punctual and did a wonderful job caring for my cat. Thank you so much Victoria! I will use your services again on my next vacation!

Ryane took the best care of our cats. They always spent time playing with the cats at each drop in. They sent pictures twice a day and kept us updated every visit. They were able to make sure our stubborn cat took his medicine every night. We felt very lucky to have Ryane look after our fur babies.

5 out of 5 stars is truly not enough! If I could give Vivienne at 10 out of 5 I would! She was amazing with our dog. Hes a big dog and can act a bit like a t-rex teenager and she handled him soo well. She had to do late night visits and was amazing. She didn't just walk him and give him treats, she played, and did some mental enrichment games with him as well that kept him engaged and happy. I can't say enough great things about her!

Joanna is absolutely amazing with my dog. Between the new baby, work, and house hunting, she has saved me so much time. 100% animal lover, 100% trustworthy. Cannot thank her enough.

So friendly and my dogs loved her! She kept a close eye on them and let me know when she had concerns, which I really appreciated! We will definitely have her watch them again! :)

Kim went above and beyond what was asked, she made sure Ser and Loukoumi were given enrichment time and cleaned up any messes they made with the litter box. I’d be happy to have her return and care for them again!

Kacey and Kelly are great communicators who give Brea the attention she needs while we are away. The photos of the happy face shows how much she enjoys the snuggles and attention.

Jared did everything as expected. He arrived when he was supposed to, did was he was asked to do and send multiple photos of each visit. He was not a hands-off sitter, he sat on the couch and outside on the steps with the dogs, keeping them company and giving them lots of affection. I would use Jared again if I needed a sitter. This was a one time sitting as I had a family wedding out of state, usually a family member cares for my pets when I need to go away. Jared cared for my dogs better than my kids.

Mary was great with our boy while he was missing us! Photos and updates were timely and she communicated well about other details. We'll be happy to have her sit for us again if we get the opportunity!

First time using Rovr. Anna was amazing!!! She was available last minute after my caretaker cancelled and guided me through the process. She wrote me an update and sent lots of pictures. My usually shy Solame typically hides when she meets new people, but she greeted Anna at the door and even ate treats out of her hand before she left. Highly recommend!

After using Madison previously, I was happy to book her for a two week stint to watch my cat and dog while I was on vacation. I returned home to two healthy happy furballs! She did everything I asked while I was away and communication between us for the duration was excellent. I received so many pictures of them while I was gone that I ALMOST didn't miss them, as crazy as that sounds. I knew they were in good hands!
