House Sitting in Shelly

Justina has been great not only with our kids but with us too. She was so helpful when we couldn't get back home due to bad weather + airline problems. She updated us every morning and evening along with the beautiful photos of the kids. It is not that easy to find sitters to stay at your home and also be comfortable opening your home. Both boxes checked for her!

Brittni did a great job with Maggie! Would definitely hire her again!

Maria did a wonderful job watching our dog Jade. She sent us multiple videos and photos of our dog during our vacation. We never had to worry about our dog. Jade will surely miss her!

We had to find a sitter for our dog Larry at the very last minute. It was Friday night and we needed to find someone for Saturday night. We reached out to Kat and she responded super quickly and was able to make it! She met us at 730 since we had to leave at 8 so that we could introduce her to Larry. She showed up with questions and ready to take notes, and she was super kind to our little guy. Once we left, we learned that she got there earlier than she had to and spent the whole day outside with him! She took him to the park and on runs. When she went to get dinner, she brought him with her and even brought a blanket for him to sit on so he was comfy. She sent pictures all day to show us that he was having lots of fun. The next day, she got up and walked Larry and made sure he was set for the whole day. Then she wiped down all surfaces she touched with disinfectant, stripped the bed of the sheets she used and put the towel she used aside. She wrote a letter for us (from Larry!) explaining everything they did while we were gone, AND she left is a lovely thank you note for getting to watch Larry and left him a toy. We were blown away by her level of attentiveness and professionalism. We don't leave much because Larry is a nervous dog, but we will 1000% try to go away on weekends from time to time from now on, as long as Kat is available to babysit! I can't say enough good things about the job she did. We've never felt safer about leaving Larry alone overnight.

Crystal stayed with my dog and cat for a week while I recovered from surgery. She did a great job, sent frequent photos and updates, and walked Tucker several times each day. This allowed me to recover without worrying about my pets. The dog warmed up to Crystal right away. Sammy the cat, however, tends to be aloof and Crystal said he was friendly only at dinner time. Now that I have found Crystal I’m going to think about some vacation time after I fully recover.

Fanny was wonderful with my “kids” while we were away. Our pets were always watched by a family member and this was the first experience with Rover and someone new. She was aware of our dog’s personality and able to understand that he was nervous at first and she never once pushed him out of his comfort zone. She gave him space and kept to the schedule and by the end of the trip he really liked her (probably the endless amount of walks & treats helped). I’m exited for our next trip knowing our pets will be taken care of so we’ll.

We are so grateful for the amazing care Maris gives our dog. It is so nice to be able to enjoy time away knowing our home and sweet dog are in good hands.

This was our first time using Rover and boy did we hit the jackpot with Phoebe caring for our dog. She was on time, communicative during the entire house sitting session, and shared plenty of daily photos of our sweet girl. She made sure our dog got plenty of walks each day, (even in the rain), took her on a car ride (with our prior permission) for a little field trip to sniff some new things, played with her and gave lots of belly rubs willingly and on demand. We felt entirely secure and confident that our dog was in the most loving and capable hands and would without hesitation rebook with Phoebe the next time we need a pet sitter in our home. She tidied up everything before she left and even brought in packages that came during our absence.

Kaitlyn was great with Maggie. She took her for walks and kept her company so that she didn’t experience any separation anxiety. I will definitely book Kaitlyn again!!

Morgan stayed at our home to care for our 15 year old Papillon Henri while we were on vacation for 10 days. As usual, she was outstanding. She sent us pictures every day and kept us apprised of how he was doing. When we returned our house was spotless and Henri was relaxed and happy. This was not the first time we’ve had Morgan care for Henri and it won’t be the last. We highly recommend her!

Robert house sat and watched my two dogs while we were away for a week. He was very professional and took the time to understand my dog’s specific needs and preferences. He provided regular updates and it was clear he enjoyed spending time with the dogs, providing a comfortable environment for them. He was also able to provide them with their daily medication they are on which provided an added sense of comfort. If you are looking for a great dog sitter, I would highly recommend Robert!

Jessica was awesome! Kept us in the loop the whole time and did exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend her for anyone seeking someone to watch their pets. She said at our home and left everything clean and organized. Would definitely use again!

Shanon was great with my little dog, Rudy. She played with him and gave him medication. Shanon was also very flexible when bad weather threatened to delay my return home.
