Agnes did a great job. She always does. Leo and Lucy have zoomie time early in the morning and could be barfy. In any case, my home was clean. They had plenty of water and food. They tend to overeat if dry left out. It seems they got smaller feedings as requested. Litter boxes had been cleaned. All directions were followed.

Karen is so great with my needy and mischievous kitties! She truly loves animals and I’m so glad I found her and can trust her to take care of the little pieces of my heart while I’m away.

Deanna is dependable, kind, considerate, and communicative. She went above and beyond when watching my cat for 9 days. I came home to a very calm cat, thanks in large part to Deanna spending time with her. She also worked with me to adjust when my flight was delayed. As a first-time Rover user, I was incredibly nervous about leaving our cats, Stella and Winston, while we were away in Maine. Stella is 16 years old and was recently diagnosed with kidney disease and asthma, so making sure she received her medications—especially her inhaler—was my biggest concern. While she’s great about taking it from me, I worried that asking friends or family to handle it would be stressful for everyone. From the moment we met Deb, I knew our cats were in great hands. She was patient, compassionate, and determined to earn Stella’s trust, even when she was feeling shy and a little spicy. Deb stayed in constant communication with us every day, sending updates and making sure Stella received all of her medications. That peace of mind was absolutely priceless. Winston clearly adored her too! She spent time playing with him, and the daily photos and updates made me feel so much less guilty about being away. Rachael was amazing from day 1. It’s always scary leaving your pets in the care of someone else but Rachael helped ease all of our worries. She went above and beyond for our each our babies and was so attentive to their needs. We couldn’t be happier with the care she provided!
