We needed drop-in care for the entire day for our senior dog. Meeting Agnes put my mind at ease. She clearly loves animals and her quick responsiveness to my texts was indicative of her sense of responsibility. Deanna took great care of my cat! I really appreciated that she played with him and made sure he was engaged. She is super professional and polite, and also she took some of the best photos of my cat that I’ve seen! Will definitely book again in the future.
Karen H was such a great find for Miss Ebbi and myself. I am retired and spend a lot of my time with my cat. Miss Ebbi is shy and has a stressful nature. Her previous owner passed away, and I have had the pleasure of her company for 7 months. Miss Ebbi has blossomed in the past few months. I hadn’t left her with anyone. Karen H is the shop cat whisperer! Miss Ebbi actually ran out to Karen and then followed her. Karen took pics daily and communicated daily via text. She took care of my home and my girl! I felt so relieved and could enjoy my vacation. Karen is trustworthy and caring. I am very grateful and delighted to have found her. She goes above and beyond for her clients. TY. 😀

Lacey was amazing! She took extra time to make sure both our cats ate all their food and had some play time each visit. She also brought in our mail/garbage! This was my first time using rover. We had a meet and greet prior to booking which made me feel more comfortable leaving my cats in her care. I suggest anyone who might be looking for a first time drop in sitter to go with Lacey! I will definitely be booking with her again in the future
