Autumn is great and has always been available for us whenever we travel. She is flexible and took great care of our two kitties. Took excellent care of our 2 cats while we were away! We got tons of detailed updates and photos that gave us a clear picture of what was going on at home! Destinee did a great job! My kittens loved having a visitor while I was gone. She fed them, emptied the litter box and even vacuumed the litter up off the floor. Will def use her next time I am out of town!
Caroline went above and beyond for us when our vacation turned tragic with the sudden illness and passing of my grandmother-in-law that required multiple changes of plans to accommodate the changing situation. She was extremely flexible when our vet informed us that she recommends daily visits rather than every two days after a behavioural checkup right before our trip. Then, there was Grandma’s situation, where Caroline quickly accommodated adding one more day, and then, as the situation progressed, went to great lengths to ensure we were covered no matter what for an additional 3 days. Not only that, but she gave Lucy plenty of love and ensured she was well taken-care-of. To top it all off, she also took the cutest photos and brought in our packages. House was super clean when we got back. We’ll definitely be using her again
