Dog Boarding in Upper Black Eddy

Jason took amazing care of my pets while I was away for 9 days! You can really tell he loves animals—my usually shy cat, Foxy, actually liked him, and my rabbit, Muffy, didn’t even want to leave when I came back. He kept everything well cared for and gave me peace of mind the whole time. Jason also kindly accommodated an extra day when I realized I had accidentally booked one day short. Truly reliable, caring, and attentive—I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter. Highly recommended!

My family has had dogs for 30+ years and we travel a lot, so we’ve had several dog sitters. We have genuinely never had a better dog sitter than Sharon. Sharon is AMAZING. Saying that she went above and beyond to look after our sweet Ellie is an understatement. Sent us several pictures every night along with a cute story of Ellie’s adventures that day, never left her alone once because a few people live in the house with her, took her for walks etc. huge yard for Ellie to play in. Sharon also puts 2 collars and 2 leashes on along with an AirTag because she is so cautious about avoiding a runaway incident. Her fence has no holes so we didn’t have to worry about Ellie wiggling through. Truly cannot recommend Sharon enough. Thank you Sharon & family!!!

We are very happy we found Barbra to watch our little Nina. Barbra is a very caring and lovely Dog Watcher and I would recommend her to anyone.

Our dog Rosie had a great time with Deb! We were sent pictures and texts to keep us updated. Deb was flexible about drop-off and pick-up times. You can tell she is a dog lover!

Kim is incredible! I am a first timer to Rover and have a spunky 7 month Border Collie, so I was nervous how this would all work out. I found Kim and all my worries left me! She was so good with my boy and throughout his stay I received awesome videos and pictures of him having fun. She is a natural with animals. My pup got plenty of walks and play time too! I cannot recommend Kim enough and plan on making this a regular visit!

Emily did an excellent job watching Ellie. Emily sent text updates and pictures. She also took Ellie for a 30 minute walk, which we greatly appreciated. This is our second time having Emily watch our dog. She accommodated our last minute request.

Elaine was wonderful with my little Lilah! I knew Lilah was well taken care of and will definitely use her again. I definitely recommend Elaine for your family pet!!

Brittany is an expert dog mom and managed my dog along with her own. She was very accommodating to changes in my schedule. Kept me updated with photos.

Joanne was welcoming and a perfect fit as this was my first time with Rover. I felt completely at ease once I met her during the meet and greet. She took such good care of Jasmine while I was away, I was afraid Jasmine wouldn’t want to come home with me! lol! Joanne walked her, took pictures of her for me and texted me so I had peace of mind my dog was in good care. She deserves her 5 star rating.

Anita and James were wonderful! Baxter was a happy boy and made himself right at home. I got lots of pics of Bax being Bax. Highly recommend and will definitely book again!

Ana was really understanding when my dog had some stomach issues when he was there. I’m grateful my dog was well taken care of, and that I had updates along the way.

Great family, very caring, my husky had a great time. Good location, and awesome atmosphere. I seriously have no complaints it was a great experience they are very professional. Will definitely ask dogsit for us again.

Marleny and Luis are the best! I don’t worry for a second when Bear is there. Also worked with us and were able to keep him another night when our flight got delayed. So grateful for them!

Joan really has exceeded my expectations caring for my dog, Boog, while my family and I was on vacation. She provided lots of attention to Boog as well as sending us updates and pictures. Matt was the best person that I could have found to care for my dog. He absolutely loves animals and it shows. Perfect experience and communication throughout the entire process. I can't say enough good things!! We loved Audrey and her family. Would absolutely recommend her and will absolutely be a repeat customer! No better feeling than knowing your pet is in good hands while you are away.

Our puppy stayed with Robert for a night as a trial run for a longer stay. Robert and Avalanche did very well. I appreciated the photos and the communication throughout the day. I would have liked some photos of our pup on his walk to the park though as opposed to sitting around in his home and more info one time as opposed to a thumbs up emoji. Otherwise, Robert was very respectful of the routine and schedule and Avalanche seemed as if he had a good time. I would recommend Robert!

This was my first time using Rover. We did a meet and greet and I immediately had a really good feeling that Luna would be well cared for. Alison has a welcoming home, cute as a button little girl and calm older cat. Alison sent me gorgeous pics of Luna tucked up on the sofa sleeping. I am so glad I chose Rover and Alison. She will be my go to next time I need to board Luna.

Very satisfied with Granola’s stay overnight under Purvi’s care. She kept us informed about Granola throughout and sent pictures showing us his progress. Will definitely use Purvi’s services in the future. Thanks! Asha M
