Karen was fantastic! This was our first time using rover in general as well as having someone staying at our house to watch our dog. She made the whole process very easy and we felt comfortable and secure the whole time. She kept us up to date daily and knew exactly what to do to have our dog feel comfortable while we were away. Hailey was amazing! Our dog Maggie took to her immediately during the meet and greets and was truly excited to see her again for our pet/house sitting booking for a weekend away. She took great care of Maggie, we received updates and pictures and would absolutely use her services and as well as highly recommending her.

Jennifer watched our dog and 3 cats for a week and was amazing! She genuinely cares for the pets and doesn’t just provide food and potty breaks and clean up, she gives love and attention and companionship. She followed our instructions to a T, the house was immaculate when we returned, and most importantlythe pets were happy and well cared for.
