She is timely, communicative, will follow special instructions for your pup, and she was patient when my pup did not want to go back into his crate after their first walk. We couldn’t be happier with Olivia! Our dog Sophie gets so excited when she sees her. Olivia’s been super flexible with scheduling and even picks Sophie up to take her to the park nearby since we live on a busy road. Communication has been easy and consistent.
