Jordan was great and my girls were well cared for. Nice set up with great dog area for outdoor play! Definitely would use agaagain if ever back in this area.

We had a last-minute change of plans for our Lancaster, PA getaway, and luckily, Mai swooped in like a superhero to save the day, welcoming our trio of furry tornadoes with open arms. Our little Chihuahua mix, a bit of a diva, takes his sweet time to warm up to new faces, but Mai was as patient as a saint, giving him the gentle treatment. Meanwhile, our pups had an absolute blast frolicking in the outdoor space like they were in puppy paradise. The best part? Mai kept us in the loop with a delightful stream of pics, videos, and updates that made us feel like proud dog parents. Heather helped us out in a pinch and was very patient and understanding with our shy dog. This was our first time using Rover so we were grateful that Heather was super communicative and made us feel very comfortable.

Sadie had a great stay with Gwendoline. Her large backyard was perfect for Sadie to roam and play in. Sadie came home happy, relaxed and was asleep within a minute on the ride home. I couldn’t recommend Gwendoline more and will absolutely be booking again next time I’m in the area.

Mollie is awesome! Thank you for taking care of my puppy Kimi. It is the first time Kimi left us for almost a day. Mollie kept sending pictures and videos during the stay that relieved a lot of my worries. She is very responsive. I will definitely be asking Mollie to take care of Kimi again.
