I wish that more people in the world were like Tim. His integrity, responsibility, and dedication are rare qualities. I was at my wits end with stress from moving across the country, but I had to travel for work. I was worried sick about my poor cat that had been through so much stress already. From the first day, I felt that I could trust Tim with my cat and my home. With clear and regular communication, I could see that my very shy cat was warming up to Tim and it gave me a sense of relief that I hadn’t felt in weeks. Despite the facts that my furniture hadn’t even arrived (and arrived while I was away!), that the house was cold, and had few amenities, Tim never complained and handled everything graciously. Simply put, Tim was there for me when I needed help, and he has my eternal trust and gratitude. I’ve already asked him to stay again when I have to travel in a couple of months.

Amanda far exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond in all respects. She clearly loves animals and bonded with our Lippy and Emmy, while attending to their every need, including Lippy’s meds. Knowing things were being handled so well allowed us to fully enjoy our trip with no worries at all. She is the best!

Lacey was amazing! She was super responsive and sweet to our old man kitty. She went above and beyond and watered some plants for us too. We will absolutely use her again and are so grateful to have found her.

Si Yeon took good care of my girls and was communicative throughout! My cats both liked her and seemed to be comfortable around her which put my mind at ease. Would definitely recommend!

Allison did cat check ins for my cat while I was on vacation. She’s reliable and did a great job. She sent the best updates with pictures , which made me feel like he was well cared for and was kind enough to grab a couple of packages that had been delivered. Thank you Allison!

Meghan was amazing! Reliable, caring, and very attentive. She made sure everything was taken care of and gave our cats great company while we were away. We came home to happy cats and a clean space. Highly recommend her!

Angelina did a great job! I was really worried because my cat MUST be able to go outside or he will go insane. Angelina was able to make sure he got to go outside every day, was inside at night, and she was able to get him in to eat twice a day! I was so relieved after the first night. I knew everything would be fine.

Handled three cats with aplomb!

Working with Liz was my first experience with Rover! She was kind enough to let me drop off a key since I don’t have a safe hiding spot, and successfully provided Benny with his insulin injection twice a day! I relaxed on vacation knowing Benny and Ansill were in good hands with such a knowledgeable and experienced pet lover. I will definitely contact her in the future.
