Elizabeth was FANTASTIC! This was my first time using a service like this and I couldn’t have been happier. My one cat started taking medicine and was sick at the start of my vacation and I was very worried. Luckily Elizabeth was able to accept the job (very last minute) and provide wonderful service. She sent daily pictures and paragraphs with updates on how my two cats were doing. She went above and beyond on caring for them. It was very comforting to have this kind of support. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

This is my second time booking with Lorelai and she’s great! Unfortunately, one of my cats got sick while I was away, but she let me know and cleaned it up with no problem!

Absolutely wonderful. Tough family time, had to be away from my cats and I felt so good having Ariana care for them.

Paul has watched our cats a few times now and has been great! He always makes sure to follow our instructions (which are long) and our cats love him. The pictures we get are always amazing too. I highly recommend having Paul look after your pets!
