Tiara was great with our five cats. They can be timid around new people and she took time to bring them all out of their shells for pets and treats.

Jenifer was amazing. We were at a loss when our plans for family to watch our kitten fell through at the last minute. It was our first time leaving our kitten and Jenifer put us at ease knowing she would be looking in on him and feeding him while we were on vacation. She provided detailed notes about how he was doing and she sent lots of photos. Our kids loved seeing that he was having fun while we were away. Jenifer also made sure our Turtle was fed daily. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Robin makes our trips so much more relaxing knowing she’s taking such great care of our cats. She sends great updates and pictures and is super responsive. Robin is the best!

Alix was super professional and attentive! Communication was prompt and we were able to fit in a video call beforehand to help me feel more comfortable. All of my specific feeding instructions were followed exactly, which was important since my cats are on different diets. Extra care was taken to play with the cats and help them feel comfortable. Alix also gave us a heads-up about a local storm warning and checked in to ask how to help our cats feel safe. As a thoughtful touch, a little gift bag with toys and treats was left behind. Overall, a great experience and I’ll definitely book again in the future :)

Kailyn took very good care of our two precious cats while we were away. She sent us LOTS of photos every day. Honestly, we’re not sure what was cuter – – the pictures of our kitties, or the fact that Kailyn took so many! Thanks, Kailyn and Rover!
