Lauren was a wonderful sitter. She stepped in last minute after I had a cancellation and was so stressed about finding someone. She took great care of my 3 kitties and was great with communication. Louis really treated our pets like his own. One day he couldn’t find cork (1 of the cats on medication) and he came back later on the day because he was worried about her. We haven’t ever had such good care taken with our furry children while we were away and it really helped us enjoy our vacation. Trish did a wonderful job with our pets and house sitting. This was our first experience with Rover and she did a nice job explaining the process. We have a very complicated set of cats and Trish handled them extremely well, including medications. During the trip Trish was communicated well send lots of updates and pictures which was reassuring. We really appreciated leaving them with someone who obviously cares as much for animals as we do.
