Dog Boarding in Barrington

Karen was so great with my dog, Keys. She sent daily pictures, videos, and updates, which eased my worries while I was out of town. She was very flexible with scheduling and overall knowledgeable of dogs and what they need. I highly recommend and have already booked my dogs next stay. Thanks Karen!

Eva and her family are wonderful! The communication was great and the pictures were amazing! Scout clearly loved her time and we appreciate the love they gave her while we were away!

We were stuck with the blizzard and had to nearly double the amount of time booked. Leanne and Michael were so flexible and kept our pet well cared for without questions asked. Great care and would highly recommend!

Anely was wonderful with Milo! She kept us updated throughout his stay with lots of photos and messages, which we really appreciated and gave us peace of mind while we were away. For a last minute booking I would look no further than booking Anne! She was absolutely considerate of my time and was great in keeping me updated on how my cat was doing will definitely book again in the future!!! 🙂🙏🏼

If I could rate Jessica higher than a 5, I would! Prior to last week, we had never boarded Rylee before so we were nervous to say the least. Leaving Rylee in the care of someone else for a week while we were out of the country weighed heavily on our minds. Jessica not only alleviated those concerns but went above and beyond to ensure Rylee was adequately cared for. The updates, including photos, every day kept us at ease knowing that our girl was receiving the normal care. Not only that, but Rylee made two new friends - Apu and Mocha 🙂 I cannot recommend Jessica enough!

Birdie had an adventure with Briana and her dogs. I think it went very well and Briana sent a lot of cute photos. Unfortunately, due to Covid, I didn't get to see the whole set-up for the dogs or get much of a chance to chat with Briana.

I can’t recommend Erica enough. She and her family are wonderful people and dog lovers! My dog is14 so give never been comfortable boarding him in a kennel place. I think he’d be traumatized. My son and family weren’t available on our trip and Erica was a perfect fit. While away there was a heatwave of 100 degrees for 2 days. I was so relieved Peewee was in a home where they could insure he was well hydrated and kept cool. I recommend Erica highly. Her Bassett hound seemed to love having another dog in the house too

Stephanie is FANTASTIC! She gave Maki the ultimate doggy vacation experience at her 'Dog Camp' while we were away. With regular photos, videos, and updates, we felt confident and connected the whole time. We're so grateful to have found such a trustworthy, compassionate, and dedicated pet sitter. Julia was a wonderful sitter for my somewhat anxious 5 yr old dog, Ruby. Julia clearly has a great affection for all animals and is very attentive to them, making them feel comfortable & at very much at home. Mary was a great host! We started with a meet and greet to make sure my pups got along with her pup. It was comforting to also be invited in to see the environment where the pups would be staying; some Rovers apparently don’t do that which is why I have not rebooked with them. Mary had great communication and made herself available to my needs which made scheduling very seamless and efficient. I am happy with my experience and I would recommend Mary to other pup parents!

Paige and her family are just wonderful with my puppy Lulu - she has a great time every time Paige takes care of her, she is very happy and tired when she comes home!

I brought Hennessey over for a meet and greet a couple weeks before his stay. Meeting Carrie, her family, and the "fur kids" was a delight. She had other dogs that she was caring for at the time so Hennessey got to meet some new friends. While Carrie and I talked, Hennessey explored their huge backyard while playing with all the dogs. He appeared calm and comfortable while seeming to make himself right at home, by posting on the porch and chilling with the other puppers. My husband and I took took a drive for a day trip to Boston and dropped Hennessey off with Carrie, for his first experience away from us and home. As most dog parents are, we were a little hesitant to leave our baby, well...because he's our baby. We stayed for a few minutes to make sure he was alright and Carrie reassured us he would be in safe hands. While we had our day in Boston, Carrie sent us texts with pictures of Hennessey having a good time at her house. He looked relaxed and happy which made us feel more confident in our choice to choose and leave Hennessey with Carrie and her family. We text her that when we were not to far from her house that we would be picking him up, and she had him all ready to go and waiting with him on the porch when we arrived. He was happy to see us, but I think he also wanted to stay a little longer, which makes us feel good to know that he feels comfortable there. We would definitely reach out to Carrie again if we plan to take a day for ourselves or plan an overnight trip. As well, I would definitely recommend anyone seeking a sitter for their fur baby, to reach out to Carrie. She is responsible for the dogs in her care and really cares for them as if they were her own pets. Thank you Carrie and your family for being an amazing dog parents and taking care of our Hennessey.

Jean did a great job taking care of Wally! She is super communicative and cares deeply for the pets in her care. Wally settled in quickly and maintained his usual routine, and had a great time with her! I will definitely go to her in the future.

Amanda is so warm and welcoming. She was flexible and accommodating about scheduling some time to meet Jasmine before their first time together. Our pup is on the nervous side and after sniffing around a bit she warmed right up to Amanda - which doesn’t often happen so quickly. We are thrilled to find Amanda and will absolutely ask her to care for our pup again.

Gus had a great time and always loves his time with Lucy! Courtney is very responsive to text, sends plenty of pictures and updates. Really puts you at ease knowing your loved one is in capable loving hands.

We booked with Veru for the first time while I was having surgery. It was a huge comfort to get all of her updates, videos, and pictures of our boy and girl having a blast. She was thoughtful, flexible, and took great care of our dogs. We will definitely book with her in the future.

Natalia did a wonderful job taking care of our maltese Polar! She was very responsive and sent photos of him having fun or going for walks each day. Highly recommend!
