Kenneth is a very nice and responsible person. He did an amazing job of walking my dog while I was out of town. He left great feedback about the walks and provided photos each day. My dog was clearly very happy walking with Kenneth. In addition, Kenneth was great with arranging to pick up and drop off the apartment key. After messaging Garrett (Xinwei) on the Rover app to discuss dog walking care for our dogs before a trip abroad to Barcelona, he came over same day to be sure to meet us and our dogs to review their care. We really appreciated his responsiveness and flexibility. Our building had a few complications such as fob access and many different entrances, and one of our dogs is a bit reactive around others. Garrett was completely understanding about all of these things and expressed zero hesitation or apprehension handling them. It really meant a lot to spend some time with him before handing off our dogs for a long trip. 100% will book with Garrett the next time we need help caring for the dogs when going away. :)
