Emily was great! We have 4 mischievous bunnies that she cared for and no matter what problems they were causing she handled it all. She was very communicative and followed instructions perfectly. Would definitely use her again!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heather. She took exceptional care of Fiona, who can be very anxious, and treated her with so much patience, gentleness, and understanding. I was blown away by the updates, photos, and the thoughtful attention to her routines and comfort. Heather even played calming dog music and wore calming pheromones! It gave me so much peace of mind knowing that Fiona was in such capable hands. When I came home, Fiona was calm, happy, and clearly well cared for—which is the biggest sign of all!
