Dog Boarding in Jamestown

Leo had a delightful time with Sharon. This was his first formal boarding experience, so we very much appreciated the daily updates and reassurance.

The home is well set up to care of multiple dogs. Loads of room for dogs to play and get exercise. I especially liked that there were two yards. I believe that is because Kim tries to coordinate compatibility among the dogs for the best match for play considering the Individual dogs temperment etc...Very well thought out. Both yards are fenced for safety. It is hard to mask a dog's true feeling when around people. It was easy to see by all the pictures I got just how happy Penelope was to be with Kim and all the puppy playmates. It was very reassuring for me to know Penelope was in good hands. Kim has a warm nature and it is easy to see how well she communicates love to every dog she cares for. I was so glad to have found her. She keeps the dogs active ...loads of playtime, very attentive to meal instructions you give her, and is sensitive to each dog's needs and their comfort level. So important. Thank you Kim and to your hubby and Mom for taking such good care of Penelope. xo

Dana is an exceptional rover host and we will definitely be brining our dog back. Our 8 month old Great Pyrenees, Leia, had the best time romping around in her large fenced in backyard and swimming in the kiddy pool. We received multiple videos of Leia having a great time and playing with other dogs. Dana’s communication was excellent and she was very flexible with timing.

Chris & Whitney were responsive, courteous and helpful with trying to arrange a meet n greet with our dog prior to the stay. Chris answered all our questions. They sent pics and kept us updated throughout Nestle’s stay. I would enthusiastically recommend them to others and will probably use them again!

Natalia and Archie were wonderful companions for Reuben! We really appreciated how communicative and flexible Natalia was when our plans had unexpected changes. Reuben will definitely be over for more play dates soon!

Brian was welcoming and took great care of our black lab. He sent an update during our short trip and even a photo so we knew Kingston was having a good time. Kingston slept the whole way home and snored through the night so we know he had fun playing in the backyard and with the other doggies.

Penny had a great time at Christina’s! She had fun running around the yard and playing with the other dogs. Christina sent some great pictures to us and was very responsive.

Yunshu is our go-to dog sitter! Our dog loves her. She is so responsible and loving. We feel so comfortable going out of town knowing our dog will be well cared for and that we'll get updates. We fully recommend!

Addison provided quality care for my dog, has a nice home with a large fenced in backyard, and shared messages and pictures/videos frequently during his stay. Thanks!

If I could sum up my experience with Karissa in one word, it would be AMAZING! My husband and I knew from the minute we met her that she would provide the best care possible for our energetic, rambunctious 7 month old puppy. Her past experience with dogs was evident, and reflected in her calm and caring demeanor. She gave us regular updates and pictures of our boy while we were away, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. When we came back to pick our puppy up, he was sorry to leave Karissa and her two dogs! Again, an overall amazing experience, and my husband and I intend to request her services again and would highly recommend her!

Melissa was great! She took amazing care of our dog. She was quick to respond and sent many updates with plenty of pictures. We will be booking with her again when the need arises. Best kept secret on Rover!

Tara was so kind and communicative during our pup’s stay with her! She graciously offered a meet and greet a couple weeks before his stay. During his stay we received regular photo updates and she was quick to answer any of my messages. We look forward to seeing her again in a couple of weeks for another visit! Thank you, Tara!

This was my first time using a service like Rover for my 3 year old corgi named June. I couldn’t have selected a better person to care for June. Keasha and her son made me feel comfortable and at peace. I needed someone who was going to keep June safe, someone who would be loving and playful, but with a confident personality to handle corgis. Throughout June’s stay I received several pictures of her going on daily walks (morning, afternoon and evening), pictures of June playing with Keasha’s son, and pictures of June just lounging and enjoying herself. This truly helped me enjoy my vacation and feel at ease. Keasha and I arranged a meet and greet before the stay and she asked lots of questions that let me know she was interested in getting to know June and her needs. My flight back home was a nightmare and I arrived much later than expected. Keasha was very understanding and accommodating. If you are looking for a safe, welcoming, cozy, and fun place for your furry friend, do not hesitate to book with Keasha and her family. Thank you for taking care of my baby I hope to book with you in the future. :)

Celina was great. She took great care of Gordon, sent updates and photos and took him out for a walk. I will be booking her for the next time we will be away.

Annie seemed to thoroughly enjoy her stay with Leann and Michael. She loved being able to run in their fenced in back yard. Their two young boys were great company. Leanne and Michael allowed Annie to sleep on their bed at night. Overall, a great mini-vacation for Annie! I would definitely rebook with them.

We had a wonderful experience with Rover! Anne took excellent care of Luna and treated her like part of the family. She regularly sent us pictures, which made us feel connected and reassured while we were away. We could tell Luna was happy and well cared for. We highly recommend Anne and her family to anyone looking for loving, reliable care for their pet.

Thank you, Jean for taking such good care of Darby! We’ve had such a heat wave during this stay that I’m really grateful that you keep the AC cranked for him (and you!)). You very thoughtfully took him for walks in the early morning, before the heat became dangerous. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and attention to detail.

Zoe was great! She picked up my dog from my house and agreed to keep her another night when my flight was canceled last minute and I had to fly back next morning. My dog got along great with her pets and she’s used to going there. Thank you Zoe- you’re a lifesaver!
