Bri went above and beyond caring for our cat while we were out of town. This was our first experience using Rover and she made it seemless - from our meet and greet to the Rover report cards, Bri was very professional and kind. I really enjoyed her sense of humor when our mischievous cat got into some groceries and made a bit of a mess. We will definitely use Bri again!

Words can’t express how wonderful Liana was while watching my cat, Finnian, while we were away! Each update (and pictures) she provided truly showed how comfortable, safe, and happy my cat was with her. Liana is so kind and easy to communicate with, paid so much attention to what my cat liked (treats, toys, pets, etc). I felt totally at ease while away knowing he was SO well taken care of. I would love to utilize Liana again the next time we go away—she is wonderful!

Katarina took great care of our kitties while we went away for the weekend. From our first phone conversation, it was very clear how much she loves animals and it left us feeling reassured that our babies were in capable & loving hands. Alex has been wonderful! You probably already read all the good reviews so I will just add few things from our perspective. We have gone through few sitters in the last few years because of either relocation or career change so we have few comparisons to make. All our sitters were great BUT Alex is the first sitter who goes the extra mile to care for your home as much as your pet. Instructions were followed perfectly, rover cards are updated with all the details, great pics, adheres to schedules and simply great pet care overall. Alex was also the first pet sitter to leave your home 100% the way she finds. When I say 100%, I mean it. I am sure there are some of you who would appreciate that more than others so we give our two thumbs up for that! As long as Alex is available here, we will be booking her moving forward for all our pet care needs.
