I cannot say enough wonderful things about Heather. She took exceptional care of Fiona, who can be very anxious, and treated her with so much patience, gentleness, and understanding. I was blown away by the updates, photos, and the thoughtful attention to her routines and comfort. Heather even played calming dog music and wore calming pheromones! It gave me so much peace of mind knowing that Fiona was in such capable hands. When I came home, Fiona was calm, happy, and clearly well cared for—which is the biggest sign of all! I’m incredibly grateful and would absolutely recommend Heather to anyone looking for a truly caring and attentive sitter. Fiona and I are eager to have Heather pet sit again!

Jess was professional and very kind. It was clear that she has experience and a genuine love for animals, as my cat adapted well and seemed comfortable the entire time. Jackie did a great job with our three cats while we were out of town for our wedding! She was confident, professional, and nice. We would book with her again which says a lot because we are very protective of our pets, and I'm also a pet-sitter on Rover. Thank you, Jackie, for taking care of our kitties for our special day!

Gwen was very quick to respond and check on my dog when he needed extra care after being hospitalized. I will definitely continue to book with her!

Abby is always so kind to Lily and always goes the extra mile filling her water dish with clean water and even put her toys away. She is flexible and willing to come and stay late. We are so glad we found Abby!

My kitty hid the entire time in the tree but Brianna did everything right and did all I requested to look after her for several days. Definitely grateful for her help - she was really great and I will be reaching out again when I travel.
