Dog Boarding in South Kingstown

Sharon is a gentle soul, and matched perfectly with our deaf 8-year old cocker spaniel rescue. I love that she has only 1 dog in her home at a time, walks multiple times daily, sent plenty of pictures to keep us updated, and communicated daily with questions & how things were going. Our pooch is a homebody and doesn't want to be with anyone else. She trotted off comfortably with Sharon which left us feeling happy-in-the-heart. Great stay! Great person! Will be securing Sharon in the future but she is one busy lady so book ahead!

Dana is a fabulous sitter! She is very communicative and we could tell our Shelby had a wonderful time staying with her and her "pack". Highly recommended!

Jordan was an absolute lifesaver when we needed a sitter on very short notice (after our other Rover sitter was a NO SHOW😳). She not only graciously agreed to keep Cody for us, thus saving our vacation, but she asked lots of questions and I could see afterwards that he was very well cared for. Then she even met me halfway to pick him up, saving me travel time. I’d absolutely book Jordan again if we were in the area! Thanks Jordan !

Pat was amazing! Communication throughout this experience was easy and clear. She made us feel at ease with leaving our puppy with someone else for the first time. Pat even provided regular check-ins with photos so we could see how great our pup was doing. We’ll definitely be reaching back out next time we are out of town.

Karen and Chris were, without question, the best dog sitters we’ve ever had. We live in Georgia, but from the area and were getting married at Shepherd’s Run just down the street, and leaving our dog, Kota, during such an important week was one of the things I was most anxious about. From the moment we met them, they gave us complete peace of mind so we could fully enjoy every moment of our wedding celebrations. Karen kept us updated every day with adorable photos and thoughtful messages, and she was always quick to respond. It was clear that Kota was genuinely loved and cared for like she was part of their own family. Kota definitely has a second Rhode Island family now! We will absolutely be using Karen and Chris every time we’re back in Rhode Island, and we can’t recommend them highly enough. If you’re looking for trustworthy, loving, and truly exceptional pet sitters, and great people, look no further.

Penny had a great time at Christina’s! She had fun running around the yard and playing with the other dogs. Christina sent some great pictures to us and was very responsive.

Erica is a wonderfully caring pet sitter. Our dogs are visibly excited from the moment we pull in her driveway and, if I’m being honest, are reluctant to leave! We appreciate the great communication and service Erica and her family provide.

If I could sum up my experience with Karissa in one word, it would be AMAZING! My husband and I knew from the minute we met her that she would provide the best care possible for our energetic, rambunctious 7 month old puppy. Her past experience with dogs was evident, and reflected in her calm and caring demeanor. She gave us regular updates and pictures of our boy while we were away, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. When we came back to pick our puppy up, he was sorry to leave Karissa and her two dogs! Again, an overall amazing experience, and my husband and I intend to request her services again and would highly recommend her!

Carolina was wonderful with my dog. Our dog gets really anxious when we leave, but she had the perfect personality for him, she was very calm and made him feel better. I recommend her highly. I could tell when he came home, it was not like the kennel, where he usually sleeps for 3 days, but he was very perky and his old self.

What a wonderful experience with Rover and this family! During the meet and greet, Yunshu took Shelby for a walk and it was like watching a professional walker. Yunshu and family were so attentive to Shelby, who is senior and has special needs. Yunshu brushed his fur and his teeth on a daily basis. Shelby was taken on many walks. The videos she sent with Shelby and their children were very sweet. What an AmAziNG family! Shelby received a lot of love, grooming, and walking while we were away for a week. We highly recommend Yunshu! She will be our first choice when we head out of town again. We never worried at all. And bonus, only 20 minutes from TF Green Airport!

This is our second time leaving our girl with Natalia for an extended period of time, and as usual, she was fantastic in her care and communication while we were away! I got photos every day, and it was great to see my pup so happy at her house with Archie.

Kim did an excellent job taking care of our boy! She sent us multiple picture updates everyday. Highland will definitely be staying with her again. Thank you!

I had the most wonderful experience with Kate-she treated my 2 pups like they were her own and sent daily updates/pictures which made me feel so at ease. She was very communicative and punctual and great to work with. I will definitely be booking with her in the future :)

I had to go to a conference in Newport and my Scottie Jasper Flash needed a sitter. Being a New Yorker I am very demanding on quality, and so is the dog. What a wonderful surprise!!! When I showed up to pick up Jasper he wanted to show me the place. He was definitely happy and I also had peace of mind. I highly recommend Brian, May be now I have to go to Newport to board JF every time I travel.???????? five ? s

Our dog had an excellent stay with Ashley and her family! They treated him like their own, took him on long walks, provided unconditional love and attention throughout the day, he was almost sad to leave!

Karen was so great with my dog, Keys. She sent daily pictures, videos, and updates, which eased my worries while I was out of town. Jessica is absolutely AMAZING!!! I appreciated that she started with a meet and greet to make sure our pup and her doggo got along. It was clear she’s great at reading dog behavior and put our dog immediately at ease. She kept us up to date with frequent photos and it was quite apparent that our pup was right at home. I would NOT HESITATE to have her watch our pup again in the future!!

Annie seemed to thoroughly enjoy her stay with Leann and Michael. She loved being able to run in their fenced in back yard. Their two young boys were great company. Leanne and Michael allowed Annie to sleep on their bed at night. Overall, a great mini-vacation for Annie! I would definitely rebook with them.
