Sharon was wonderful with our dog! She sent pictures and updates and was flexible with drop-off and pick-up times. I would highly recommend if you're looking for a sitter in this area.

Penny had a great time at Christina’s! She had fun running around the yard and playing with the other dogs. Christina sent some great pictures to us and was very responsive.

Karen and Chris were, without question, the best dog sitters we’ve ever had. We live in Georgia, but from the area and were getting married at Shepherd’s Run just down the street, and leaving our dog, Kota, during such an important week was one of the things I was most anxious about. From the moment we met them, they gave us complete peace of mind so we could fully enjoy every moment of our wedding celebrations. Karen kept us updated every day with adorable photos and thoughtful messages, and she was always quick to respond. It was clear that Kota was genuinely loved and cared for like she was part of their own family. Kota definitely has a second Rhode Island family now! We will absolutely be using Karen and Chris every time we’re back in Rhode Island, and we can’t recommend them highly enough. If you’re looking for trustworthy, loving, and truly exceptional pet sitters, and great people, look no further.

Jordan was an absolute lifesaver when we needed a sitter on very short notice (after our other Rover sitter was a NO SHOW😳). She not only graciously agreed to keep Cody for us, thus saving our vacation, but she asked lots of questions and I could see afterwards that he was very well cared for. Then she even met me halfway to pick him up, saving me travel time. I’d absolutely book Jordan again if we were in the area! Thanks Jordan !

Ashley and John took Seamus in for the day and evening last night. They are both very personable, experienced with owning and taking in new dogs into their home and good communicators. Seamus had a lot of fun playing in their fenced in yard with Charlie and Moose, and going on walks with John and Charlie. I received several pictures of Seamus and felt 100% confident he was in good hands and would have a great time overnight.

Erica is a wonderfully caring pet sitter. Our dogs are visibly excited from the moment we pull in her driveway and, if I’m being honest, are reluctant to leave! We appreciate the great communication and service Erica and her family provide.

Pat was amazing! Communication throughout this experience was easy and clear. She made us feel at ease with leaving our puppy with someone else for the first time. Pat even provided regular check-ins with photos so we could see how great our pup was doing. We’ll definitely be reaching back out next time we are out of town.

This is our second time leaving our girl with Natalia for an extended period of time, and as usual, she was fantastic in her care and communication while we were away! I got photos every day, and it was great to see my pup so happy at her house with Archie.

Kelly was very attentive to Lola’s needs. Lola enjoyed playing with Beatrice, Kelly’s dog. I am sure Kelly was a good fit for Lola. The experience was a very positive one.

Karen was amazing with Charlie! She sent pictures everyday and gave him so much love and attention as if he were here own dog. She’s very detailed and wants to get to know what makes your dog happy, and how to accommodate that into their stay. He was very happy there and had so much fun with her dogs. I would definitely book again!

My family and I moved from San Diego, California to Newport, Rhode Island. The trip lasted about 6 days(Driving). We had our 4 month old daughter and Frida, our 2.5 year old Akita dog. The trip was great but there was a small problem, my wife and I during the trip, planned to travel to Puerto Rico to visit my mother as soon as we get to Rhode Island, without taking into account that we had Frida with us. We were used to travel all the time when we lived in San Diego because we had friends who stayed with Frida, now we have no one here in the East Coast. A friend recommended Rover, he had used this website multiple times and he loves it. What I like about Rover is all the information it contains, the daily tips and the reviews. So, we put Frida's information, what she likes what she does not like, her diet, how often she takes her vitamins pills etc. We also added the dates so it was the week of the fourth of july so you can imagine how busy it was going to be that week. When the information was already in, Rover gave us about 20 people within a 15-mile radius. Brian was the first to appear on the list, the reviews and his profile was what led us to make the decision to leave Frida with him. We were very nervous since it was the first time we left Frida with a stranger and also the first time Frida was going to interact with other dogs. Since we chose Brian, he always had communication with us since two days before leaving Frida with him. When we got to Brian's house the first thing we noticed was the huge fenced yard, that is an A +. The way he received us was as if he had known us for a long time. Frida interacted with Jake (Brian's dog) at first she was not very happy but after five minutes she started to wiggle her tail so she was ok. Brian sent us photos and updates of Frida every day without having to tell him. The details and the love he has for dogs make him unique. Thanks for the good care you and your family gave Frida.

Madison was great at communication and sending me pictures of my pup Winnie during her stay. It seemed like she had a great time and Madisons’ two pups look like sweethearts! Thanks so much again!

Rhody has once again absolutely loved his time sating with Kim. He loves playing with other dogs and Kim's place is perfect for whilst we are away - he is always well looked after and we love the photo updates of him playing with the other pups. Thank you Kim!

Our dog Digby stayed with Dana and Mathieu for the weekend and had a great time! They were very kind and helped our dog get acclimated to their house and their 2 dogs. Digby was exhausted when he came home 😊 We already have another stay booked!

Keasha did a great job with my dog Teddy. Teddy is blind and diabetic so needs some extra attention. Keasha sent me daily updates including pics of Teddy. He was very well taken care of and I would definitely recommend Keasha.

Jess was so amazing and went above and beyond while caring for our little bear during our honeymoon. We got so many (p)updates and even got a cute little painting by him celebrating our marriage. Thankful for Abu and Mocha too! They were wonderful friends for Fozzie to play with. We had trouble with our flights and times but Jess and her family were so accommodating and responsive it helped us feel at ease during our stressful travel home. Many thanks to them all making our Fozzie bear feel a part of their pack!

Leanne was awesome! I was comfortable leaving my pup Noah with her after a meet and greet. She sent several updates and photos. He seemed at ease when I left and when I picked him up. I am happy I found her and will be using her services again. 🤗

We left PaaPoo at Carolina for 4 days and we could not have chosen a better family to watch PaaPoo. She was very kind and went the extra mile to make sure PaaPoo was comfortable. She was prompt in her response and easy to work with. We will definitely use her services in the future too.
