Jean is very caring and accommodating and it’s clear how much she cares for my puppy while in her care. She’s easy to communicate with and is willing to adapt to my puppy’s ever changing needs. She also always sends the cutest picture updates and is just as excited to see the puppy grow and develop his goofy personality.

There are not enough words to convey how appreciative we are of Michelle and how wonderful she was with our cat, Otis. She was, simply, amazing. Our cat is elderly with very specific routines, dietary needs, and a very particular and specific process with how he gets his morning and nightly pills/treats - Michelle followed the necessary processes with ease, checked in to clarify whenever necessary or if anything seemed unusual, and ended up developing a trust with him in short order. She provided photos and updates with each visit. She genuinely cared for Otis and made sure to spend quality time with him to ensure he never felt alone or neglected. We could not be happier with Michelle and, if we ever get brave enough to take another trip, we will absolutely be rebooking with her. She is absolutely wonderful, and a beautiful, loving person. Otis was very pleased to make another friend.

Danielle really came through for us on our trip Amy went above and beyond when our flight home was cancelled and extended our time away. She really is amazing!!!

Kyleigh was available last minute to do a meet and greet and do a drop in the next day. She sent lots of pictures and made me a lot more comfortable using this service for the first time. Cannot recommend her enough!

Liz was awesome! Very dependable and took great care of our babies.

Samantha always does such a great job with our cat. She shares photos and bits of how our pet is doing while we are away. She’s professional and easy to get in contact with. When we return, the house has been well kept and our pet is happy and well cared for. Highly recommend!

Tessa was great! She spent extra time with my dog making sure all her needs were met and giving her plenty of attention. She was responsible and communicated well. I would definitely book with Tessa again.

Renee was excellent and took great care of our pup. She left sweet and detailed messages and made us comfortable to know our dog was getting such good care. Highly recommend, will definitely have Renee help out in the future!
