Single handedly made me a repeat user here on Rover. Super flexible, communicates consistently, and great with care. Our cats normally don’t leave the bedroom with new people but loved spending time with her. 10/10

I’m so grateful for Caitlyn she communicated diligently about our babies. The updates and pictures made us feel so comfortable on our first time away from our babies. They cared for my cats while I was out of state for 12 days. They have cared for them before so I knew my kits were in good hands but I didn't know that 1 of my cats would get sick while I was away. They communicated their concerns, we scheduled a vet visit and they took her. I am extremely grateful for Carrie and Kurt, they are the BEST!

Cassy is absolutely amazing—responsible and caring. She took the best care of my baby cat and treated her like her own. I received detailed updates, photos, and messages every day, which gave me so much peace of mind. I truly couldn’t have asked for a better sitter and would trust her again!
