Hannah was wonderful with my Siamese cat, Nala! Nala can be slow to warm to strangers, but Hannah had Nala waiting by the door for her daily visits and literally eating out of her hand. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the services Emily provided and will definitely be using her again when the need arises. During the meet-and-greet, both Bobo and Ellie, my cats, were reluctant to come out of their safe places, which is normal when they encounter new people. However, based on Emily’s photos and videos, they warmed up to her on the first drop-in visit. Emily was always punctual and spent the entire remaining time playing with Bobo and Ellie after feeding and litter box duty. The videos show they both absolutely adored Emily and soaked in the attention they received from her. Emily gave twice daily summaries about feedings, litter box patrol, and playtime. She also accompanied the summaries with pictures and videos of Bobo and Ellie to reassure me they were just fine. Emily is definitely an asset to the Rover company! Her obvious love of animals, along with her ability to follow instructions, and her sweet, bubbly personality make her the best choice to take care of our fur babies! Thanks, Emily! You’re a gem!

Wonderful pet sitter who truly went above and beyond! Even during bad weather and a power outage, she was accommodating and made sure to check on our baby. We felt so reassured knowing she was there. Highly recommend! We will use Lisa again in the future and we highly recommend ❤️🐾

Great sitter for the kitties. They were all extremely shy and did not want to come out but they survived the weekend and that’s what matters most. Timia did a great job making sure the kitties were cared for and my special needs kitty got her meds!

Natalie is conscientious and the kitties enjoy her visits. Her affiliation with a local veterinary clinic also lowers the anxiety level. She is businesslike and certainly likes animals.

Kayla has been an amazing help! She watched our cat over a year ago and we felt comfortable enough to reach out, out of the blue, to come back and watch him again for this years trip. We were in a new place and she was very comfortable and willing to help again. She is communicative and shows up consistently and always gives great honest updates with lots of pictures. Definitely a great reliable person to watch your furry kiddos!

Hannah was an absolute dream-come-true. I couldn’t have asked for a more caring and thoughtful pet sitter. I really appreciated the report cards and photos she sent me. And, my cats adored her. Even the shy cats grew to appreciate her visits. I will always try to book with Hannah from now on.

Kristin is awesome! I booked check ins for Christmas day and the morning after. I'm so happy she could check on my two cats. She had mentioned to me at the meet and greet that this was her busiest Christmas week yet with a lot of bookings. I have worked in retail for a few years now and Christmas week can be so overwhelming, especially with now that I travel for family while having pets at home. I am so appreciative that she was able to show them care and attention even with one of the craziest weeks of the year. I had booked her in advance but even then I was worried and anxious about this. My job had me scheduled christmas eve, and then I was taking a midnight train to Florida that night. Plus this would be the first night that my cats were alone together without me. I'm just so happy that Kristin could check on them, they were happy and comfortable seeing her while I was gone. I am really thankful for her and she's a great sitter.
