We had a wonderful experience with Amber! She was kind, conscientious, and thoughtful. I appreciated the regular text updates and photos. Communication was excellent, she responded quickly to messages and was very accommodating with both drop off/pickup times and our last-minute schedule change. She genuinely cared about our dog and wanted to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible for everyone. We would absolutely book with her again!

Leaving Spartacus with someone else is never easy because he's such an important part of our family, but from the moment we met Hailey, I knew he was in caring and loving hands. Throughout his stay, we received thoughtful updates and adorable photos that completely put our minds at ease. It meant so much knowing he was not only being looked after, but genuinely cared for and loved. When Spartacus came home, he was happy, relaxed, and his usual playful self. Excellent care. It is so refreshing to meet someone who actually reads your care instructions. My pup thought she was in a dog resort, it was so spacious and accommodating. Very comforting to leave my Havanese here. Friendly resident dogs.
