Dog Boarding in Blacksburg

We were happy to fine Kendra. We had plans to have a friend keep our dog and last minute plans fail through with them being able to keep him. The next day we found Rover and saw that Kendra lived in our area and communicated through this site. A quick response from Kendra put our mind at ease, knowing we had someone to watch him. The next day we dropped him off, Kendra answered any questions we had . He stay two nights and the day after dropping him off we received pictures of our little guy out exploring the grounds. Olga was wonderful with our large breed dog! You can tell that her whole family genuinely loves dogs. Our pup came home happy and ready for a good rest!

Ronald is so good with peaches She is deaf with neurological problems but I see in her what other people don’t Ronald has given me so many pointers on how to deal with her She is smart but difficult and he has shown me I can get control of her You have to work with her every day which I have been, however he showed me a better way of training her As long as he can take her, she will be going here when I have to leave

I recently had the pleasure of entrusting my dog to Neal for 6 days while I was out of town, and I couldn’t be happier with the care they provided. They took the time to ask about my dog’s habits, preferences, and any special needs, ensuring that everything would be tailored to his comfort and routine. Throughout the stay, Neal kept me updated with regular pictures and messages, which made all the difference and really allowed me to feel comfortable with the care. It was reassuring to see my dog looking happy, relaxed, and engaged in fun activities, whether it was playtime in the yard, cuddling on the couch, or going for rides. The updates showed me that he was not only safe but also genuinely enjoying his time there. This level of communication demonstrated their dedication and made me feel included, even from a distance. When I picked up my dog, he was his usual cheerful self, and I could tell he had been well cared for. He came home clean, content, and clearly very comfortable with Neal and his family. I truly appreciate the love and attention they gave him and the peace of mind they provided me. I highly recommend Neal to anyone looking for a reliable and caring dog sitter. They went above and beyond, and I will absolutely be reaching out to them again for future pet-sitting needs!

Annie is fantastic and really took amazing care of our dog. She accommodated our dog's size (150+ pounds), fear of floors, and other eccentricities making it easy for us to know that our dog has a second home.

I needed someone to keep my puppy Houston at the last minute and Tina was willing to keep him. Tina was excellent with Houston. He is energetic and never wants to sit still. Tina was patient with him and would always say "he's just a puppy" when he wouldn't sit still or got into something. I really appreciated her.

Sarah was so great with my lab! She was patient and helped him get acclimated. She kept in touch and sent pictures. He seemed to have had a great time and made new doggy friends!

Katherine and Mark were so great, they kept me updated on how my golden was doing all week while I was at a work conference. Being able to not worry about my little boy was lovely. They sent lots of pictures annd videos all week!

Excellent experience. Wylie has had such a good time. He loves playing with Stella and Annie and comes home nice and tired. Chelsea cares for Wylie like her own. I will definitely want to use Chelsea and Gareth again.

Kaitlyn was very competent and a definite dog lover She has a HUGE fenced in yard and is able to take in more than 1 dog at a time as long as they have crates and or cages ?❤?❤?❤?❤????

We had a great experience with Stephanie! This was our first ever Rover dog sitter for our 11 month old labrador retriever Loki, he had never been away from us and he had such a blast! We were always updated with texts and pictures of him throughout our vacation. I would definitely recommend, we will certainly be using her again in the future!
