Dog Boarding in Blacksburg

Kendra was amazing! I’m so grateful that she was my first experience with Rover. My boy Judge is giant and very nervy and sensitive so I’ve always been fearful of leaving him with someone I don’t know but was hopeful that with his emotional support buddy, Kuzco, he would be ok. Kendra’s confidence when she met judge put my anxiety at ease and I couldn’t be more thankful for that. She sent me pictures and updates and my boys were happy and safe when I got back! I will be looking for her again if I am ever in need of a sitter ♥️

Ashley is super outgoing. This gave me the ability to be comfortable leaving my dogs with her for the weekend. She was also understanding of my dogs being energetic and still in the "puppy" phase.

Katie was absolutely wonderful with Bosskie! He had such a great time with her family and dogs, and it was clear he was well cared for and having fun. When he got home, he slept all day, which is always a sign that he had an amazing adventure! Katie kept us updated, was easy to communicate with, and made us feel completely comfortable leaving Bosskie in her care. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and will definitely book with her again. Highly recommend Katie to anyone looking for a caring, reliable, and loving sitter!

Absolutely impeccable! His first time away from me for 7 days. They were amazing with him, sent lots of pictures, and I’m so glad he had a good time socializing well with other people and dogs. 100% recommend.

Madison and her husband were amazing. They communicated so nicely and had so many pictures. They were even flexible on our return time due to weather! We will be using Madison again and highly recommend!

Brittany is hands down one of the best sitters I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. From the moment I dropped my pups off, she kept me updated with thoughtful, detailed messages and adorable photos that gave me real peace of mind. She clearly understands dogs on a deeper level—she met each of mine where they were, whether it was Luke needing a chill lounge day or Beau easing into his inner lap dog. It’s obvious she treats every dog like her own, and that kind of care is rare. If you’re looking for someone reliable, compassionate, and genuinely connected to animals, Brittany’s the one. I can’t recommend her enough!

Susan and her family did a wonderful job taking care of Lola, our French Bulldog. All of the things folks said about her were true. They kept me well updated with amazing photos and videos. I felt very peaceful that my pet child was in good hands;)

Deborah and Ronald are amazing! I had to travel last minute for a trip the next day and one of my dogs had just had knee surgery. She did amazing with taking great care of my dog, administered medication, and kept both super happy and healthy.

I cannot even begin to thank Jennifer enough for all she did for my dog Cody. 2 doily updates with pictures and videos, daily walks, and most of all the love and attention she and family showed Cody! My dog was spoiled to no end! Cody doesn’t do well in boarding situations due to anxiety issues. When I took him home today, he was totally calm on the 15 minute ride home. He’s normally nervous in the car whining on the entire trip. If you need a reliable, responsible, caring sitter for your dog, you need to give Jennifer a try. You will not be sorry!

Nicole was great! Our two dogs had a blast. It was so nice to go out of town and not worry about our pups. We knew they were loved and taken care of. We will be back to book with Nicole again in the future. 😊

I was very pleased with how well Brad took care of my fur baby. He & his wife are the most sweetest & caring people I have ever met. Brad updated me regularly on how my puppy was doing and I could see through the pictures sent on how happy and comfortable she was. I highly recommend Brad as a sitter and I will always use him as my permanent sitter 💙

Hands down, she is the best. I enjoy the fact that there were constant updates, communication, and a genuine care for my pet, including providing him with a home that he felt comfortable and safe throughout his boarding. She followed all instructions without any level of hesitation. I am certainly using her services again, and I’m sure my Rolo will be thrilled to see her again.

Natalie was great! She had an entire guest bedroom for our cats with lots of toys for them to play with. She was responsive to texts and sent us lots of pictures. We would definitely book with her again.

Dara was great, she sent us pictures every day letting us know how our fur babies were doing. We will definitely be using her again the next time we go out out of town

We are very grateful to have found Amy to care for our senior dogs, who have never stayed away from us. They were left in great hands with her. Amy provided speedy and detailed communication (with photos) and a safe environment with her indoor and outdoor gates. She has several dogs of her own and dog sits often. We will definitely be using Amy again if we need a sitter and do recommend her!

Nicholas and Sara were great with Sushi! Lots of updates throughout the day and she seemed to have so much fun. I felt very comfortable leaving her and will definitely book again in the future
