Nicole was so amazing with our animals. Both our dog and cat instantly warmed up to her and I didn't feel worried about them being taken care of at all.

Heidi was absolutely amazing with my very active babies. She was very engaged with them and they absolutely loved her. We wish she could move to Charleston with us

Jada took great care of our puppy for a few drop in visits while we were out of town! This was our first time using Rover, and Jada made it an awesome experience :)

My now-husband and I had to go out of town to get married and this was the first time that we had to rely on someone that we weren't close with to watch our kitties. It was imperative that we found someone that would make an effort to get them to warm up to them and that's exactly what Emma did. She was very communicative, always gave our kitties treats and really made an effort with them. It paid off, because even though they were super shy at the beginning of her time with them and hiding in closets, by her last drop in, they were coming out and allowing for her to pet them. She kept us updated with lots of pictures and really put us at ease. We will be using her again in the future!! 10/10!!

Jade, did a phenominal job watching my three babies (cats). I had a last minute travel issue come up, and I needed to find someone to care for my three cats while I was gone. I had to book last minute, and did not have time to do a meet and greet. This was my first time using Rover, and I selected Jade based on her excellent reviews. My cats are my babies, and I have hired friends and neighbors in the past to care for them when we were gone, only to be frustrated upon return to see that the little I asked them to do, was done very poorly. Due to the last minute booking I was only able to communicate with Jade via messages, but she immediately reassured me that she would make sure our babies were well taken care of. We are in the process of selling our home, so I needed someone who would provide loving care to our cats as well as making sure they didn't track in dirt, and kept things as clean as possible when stopping to care for the cats. Jade went above and beyond, and I cannot thank her enough. My cats are terrified of anyone outside of our family, and because we have realtors showing our home right now, there are a lot of new people coming in and out, which is causing a lot of anxiety to the cats. I asked Jade to ring the doorbell and wait 30 seconds to allow the cats to get to their safe place and hide, to help keep their anxiety down. She did this everytime without hesitation. She made sure the litter boxes were clean, as well as the area around the boxes, which was greatly appreciated. Unfortunately we are moving out of state and I will not be able to use Jade's services in the future. However, if you are seeking someone to care for your animals in a loving way, and a way you would care for your animals...I would highly recommend hiring Jade. Thank you Jade for the love and care you provided to our babies while we were away. We appreciate it more than you could possibly know.

Jeff was great with our two dogs and cat. Everyone was happy and calm when we got home.

Isaiah is such a blessing. Isaiah was quick and easy to communicate with. (ProTip: message from the Rover app directly, not the SMS text that you get from Rover.) Isaiah quickly made a plan to come over and meet my 3 Maine Coon Cats. He asked all of the right questions, things I didn't even think of. We made a plan for next month, but when a last minute weekend trip came up, Isaiah was right there for us. He sent Great Pics of our kitties and I could tell they were very comfortable with him. When we've left the kitties all alone for 48 hours once before, it took days for them to relax into their regular personalities after we returned. Not the case when Isaiah cared for them. They were chill and happy, as usual. I know that he cared for them and gave them lots of pets and brushes. Isaiah is a Top Notch and Trustworthy Caregiver.

Gabrielle was super communicative and took great care of our kitties!!

Nikki took great care of Mia and handling her medications. I appreciated all the updates and pictures. Look forward to using her again in the future.

Deborah did a wonderful job watching our dog for the weekend. She was very responsive and Chloe was so comfortable with her. We would definitely book her again.

Kristin to the rescue! My daughter was sick and I had to fly out of town at the last minute. She was able to work me in for day visits and take care of them while I was gone. I was very fortunate to get her at last minute because she is highly rated and busy. Kristin sent multiple pics and some videos that reassured me they were happy. I cannot recommend Kristin enough!

I had a wonderful experience! Gracie is amazing, my cats were cared for with so much love, patience, and professionalism. I received updates and photos, which gave me total peace of mind while I was away. I will definitely book again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trustworthy pet sitter

As always, Nichole went above and beyond to care for our pets while we were away. Her updates were so reassuring while we couldn’t be at home, and she always did more than needed to make our four legged babies feel comfortable and happy. We appreciate her so much!
