Julie was phenomenal! We had a schedule mistake and she was very responsive and helpful to get it squared away. She provided great updates and photos, and also brought in a packages left at our door, and even took the trash out to the bin. We will definitely be booking with her again!

Lauren was fantastic with my two cats! She sent great pictures and write ups for each visit. She spent time playing with them and giving them their purée sticks. Lauren was very responsive and will rebook for future visits.

This is our third booking with Bill and he went above and beyond to make sure our outdoor kitty was fed. He willingly takes care of our other critters, too. Thank you, Bill!

EJ is great!!! Our cat Cleo doesn’t warm up to people easily but that wasn’t the case with EJ!! She is easy to communicate with and that’s a major factor for me! Highly recommend her!!

Responsive, sweet, and goes above and beyond to ensure your animals are taken care of. When we had an issue with our key not opening the door, she spent well over the planned visit time speaking with me over the phone to find a solution and make sure my cat and snake were fed, happy, and healthy. Stephene took great care of my older kitty while I was away for a week. She visited twice a day, gave Rue her daily medicine took photos for me and was very communicative. I felt at ease while being away and so glad to return to a happy kitty.
